Abu Road( Rajasthan ): The Additional Chiefs of Brahma Kumaris, BK Sister Mohini and BK Sister Jayanti, were conferred with Honorary Doctorates by Dr. Hari Kumar, Vice Chancellor(VC) of Manipur International University. At a ceremony held in the Diamond Hall of Shantivan, Dr. Hari Kumar VC of Manipur International University, Prof. Rajesh. P. Chintawadi, Technical Officer, Prof. Hansraj Shrivastava, Registrar and Prof Devesh Vari Drva, presented these degrees along with the certificates.
Dr. Hari Kumar, VC , said that he was very happy to honor these Brahma Kumaris sisters, who have inspired lakhs of people by dedicating their whole lives to teaching Rajyoga, spirituality and public welfare. They have worked ceaselessly for women empowerment and service of humanity. Many people have transformed their lives after seeing them. It was a matter of pride for them to award them these degree.
Dr. Pandyamani, Director of Value Education Wing of Brahma Kumaris, said that the Education Wing of Brahma Kumaris, in collaboration with various universities all over India, is running degree courses on Value education and spirituality.
BK Mruthyunjaya, Executive Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, along with officers of university and a large number of the members of the Brahma Kumaris Organization were present on this occasion.
National Secretary of Women World Records BK Dr. Deepak Harke honored Dadi Ratanmohini, Chief of Brahma Kumaris with Women Empowerment Awards. On this occasion BK Leela, Chief Editor of Om Shanti Media BK Dr. Gangadhar, BK Pragya were also present.
