Varanasi ( Uttar Pradesh ): The Brahma Kumaris of Varanasi continued their relief efforts in dealing with the nationwide lockdown because of Coronavirus. Under the guidance of BK Surendra, Incharge of the local Brahma Kumaris center, and Rajayogi BK Dipendra, food was distributed to Village Rasoolpur and Mushar Basti. The officers of Chhota Lalpur Police Chowki’s Cantt Thana also pitched in these efforts of the Brahma Kumaris. Notable amongst the citizens of the area were Dilip Kumar from Lamhi village, Munnilal Patel and Ashok Patel, who went amongst the people of Mushar community for food distribution.
BK Bipin, Mass Media In-charge of Brahma Kumaris in the area, informed that in addition to this, food was being distributed to Village Patrewa, Balli Bir Baba Mandir, in association with Thana Sarnath resident Ashutosh Kumar and officers of the Punjab National Bank. Relief efforts were also continuing in Pandeypur. These efforts will continue in association with the Sarnath police.

इस क्रम में आज ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्था के सदस्यों ने ग्राम रसूलपुर के मुसहर बस्ती में पहुंचकर जरूरतमंदों के बिच भोजन का पैकेट वितरण किया | कैंट थाना के अंतर्गत छोटा लालपुर पुलिस चौकी के कर्तव्यनिष्ठ पुलिस कर्मियों के सहयोग से संस्था के लमही ग्राम निवासी कर्मठ सदस्य दिलीप कुमार उर्फ़ राजन, मुन्ना स्वीट हाउस के मुन्नालाल पटेल, अशोक पटेल, विजय कुमार आदि ने अभावग्रस्त मुसहर समाज के लोगों के बीच पहुंचकर उन्हें भोजन दिया |
संस्था के क्षेत्रीय मीडिया और जनसंपर्क प्रभारी बी के बिपिन ने बताया की इसी क्रम में संस्था के ग्राम पतेरवा, बल्ली बीर बाबा मंदिर, थाना सारनाथ निवासी कर्मठ सदस्य आशुतोष कुमार, अधिकारी पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, पांडेयपुर भी ऐसे अवसर पर भूखे और अभावग्रस्त लोगों के बीच पहुचकर सारनाथ पुलिस के कर्तव्यनिष्ठ जवानों के सहयोग से राशन का वितरण कर रहे हैं | जिनका सहयोग सारनाथ पुलिस के सहयोग से आवश्यकता अनुसार जारी रहेगा |
देश में आई हुई संकट काल में जरूरतमंदो के सहयोग हेतु आगे बढ़ रहे हाथों में ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्था के सदस्यों का बनारस में यह एक विशेष पहल है |
