Pune ( Maharashtra ): Values in Health Care – A Spiritual Approach (VIHASA) is a facilitated experiential program designed for professionals (medical, paramedical, finance, IT, management and many others) who can really benefit and make use of spirituality in their daily lives … Moreover they can incorporate the benefits attained through spirituality …. in their professional lives.
It is a fantastic modular course developed by a group of experts from the Janki Foundation, London, who have been working on human psychology and value- based training for medical n paramedical professionals. The course theme was inspired by our very own Late Revered Dadi Jankiji, former administrative head of the Brahma Kumaris.
VIHASA workshop covers spirituality under the following modules:
1. Values … to be practiced
2. Peace
3. Positivity
4. Compassion
5. Cooperation
6. Valuing oneself and others
7. Spirituality in health care
8. Building resilience
The modules are designed in the form of reflective exercises which also incorporate various other spiritual tools such as:

👏 appreciation,
🎭🗿 creativity,
👂listening and
👯🎈🎊play…
… to help develop the right ( intuitive) brain and thereby de-stress the professional from the very core.
There are no didactic lectures but all the participants practice what is called FEL (Facilitated Experiential Learning) and all the exercises are based on AI (Appreciative Inquiry).
All the modules are mutually exclusive, i.e., if you haven’t attended previous sessions, you can still join any module at any point of time.
