Mount Abu ( Rajasthan ): The Agriculture and Rural Development Wing of the Brahma Kumaris organized a three-day National E-Conference on the topic “The Basis of Self Reliant Bharat, Self Reliant Farmer.”
Parshottam Rupala, Union Minister of State for Panchayati Raj, Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare, in the Government of India, inaugurated this E- Conference. He apprised the audience with the Prime Minister’s vision for making Bharat Self-Sufficient. He expressed his good wishes for this initiative by the Brahma Kumaris. The Sustainable Yogic Farming being propagated by the Brahma Kumaris is one step ahead of the organic Farming encouraged by the Government. This will give a right direction to the Indian Farmer. The Government of India will try to implement the suggestions of this E-Conference.
Hasan Mushrif, Rural Development Minister of the Government of Maharashtra, appreciated the work being done by the Brahma Kumaris in making the farmer self-sufficient.
BK Brij Mohan, Additional Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris, said that true self-sufficiency comes by being Soul conscious and connecting with the Supreme Soul.
BK Jayanti, Director of Brahma Kumaris in Europe and the Middle East, said that farmers must be empowered through Rajayoga Meditation. If we continue using pesticides excessively, people’s immunity will go down further, leading to more pandemics.
Rajyogini BK Sarla, Chairperson of the Agriculture and Rural Development Wing of the Brahma Kumaris, said that India is predominantly an agricultural economy. It can only develop when the farmer is strong. Without Spiritual backing, mere economic schemes will not work. A combination of the two will make Bharat self-sufficient.
BK Badrivishal, Assistant Director of Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Directorate, said that agricultural prosperity is dependent on soil health. Farmers must be made aware of this aspect.
BK Trupti, National Coordinator of the Agriculture and Rural Development Wing, said that we need to empower our farmers so that every grain of their produce is filled with nourishment.

”आत्मनिर्भर भारत का आधार – आत्मनिर्भर किसान’ विषय पर त्रिदिवसीय राष्ट्रीय कृषि ई-सम्मेलन का शुभारम्भ”
माउण्ट आबू: प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय के कृषि एवं ग्राम विकास प्रभाग द्वारा ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत का आधार – आत्मनिर्भर किसान’ विषय पर आयोजित एक त्रिदिवसीय अन्तराष्ट्रीय कृषि ई-सम्मेलन का शुभारंभ किया गया।
केंद्रीय कृषि राज्य मंत्री पुरुषोत्तम रूपाला ने इस ई-सम्मेलन का शुभारंभ करते हुए वर्तमान कठिन परिस्थितियों में आत्मनिर्भर बनने की प्रधान मंत्री जी की प्रेरणाओं को सभी के समक्ष रखा। इन्ही प्रेरणाओं को साकार करने के लक्ष्य से ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ द्वारा आयोजित ई-सम्मेलन के लिए अपनी शुभ कामनाएं व्यक्त की। संस्थान जिस दिव्य खेती का मार्गदर्शन कर रही है वह भारत सरकार की आगैनिक फार्मिंग से भी एक कदम आगे है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि इसका परिणाम लम्बे समय तक भारत के किसानों को मार्गदर्शन देता रहेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस ई-सम्मेलन से जो भी सुझााव सरकार को प्राप्त होंगे उन्हें हम पूरा करने की कोशिश करेंगे।
ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्था के अतिरिक्त महासचिव राजयोगी बी के बृजमोहन जी ने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भरता का अर्थ है कि हर आत्मा अपने पिता परमात्मा से जुडे तथा हर कार्य आस्था से करें। इससे आपसी सौहार्द का वातावरण बनता है और देश तथा पूरा विश्व सशक्त बन जाता है।
लण्डन से ब्रह्माकुमारी़ज यूरप-मिडिल ईस्ट के निदेशिका राजयोगिनी बी के जयन्ती ने कहा कि किसानों को राजयोग के द्वारा सशक्त बनाया जाये और वर्तमान में जिस तरह से वायरस प्रभावी हो रहा है इसका मुख्य कारण रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता की कमी है। अगर रसयानों का इसी तरह अंधाधुंध प्रयोग होता रहा तो आनेवाले समय में महामारियों का सामना करना मुश्किल होगा। हमारा कर्तव्य है कि समाज में किसानों के अंदर भी आत्मसम्मान का भाव जागृत करें।
महाराष्ट्र सरकार के ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री हसन मुश्रीफ ने कहा कि ब्रह्माकुमारी़ज किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर तथा चरित्रवान बनाने में और पर्यावरण संरक्षण का जो कार्य कर रही है वह अत्यंत सराहनीय है।
संस्थान के कृषि एवं ग्राम विकास प्रभाग की अध्यक्षा राजयोगिनी बी के सरला ने कहा कि कृषि प्रधान देश को सशक्त बनाने के लिए किसानों को सशक्त करना जरूरी है। सरकार द्वारा अनेक भौतिक योजनाएं लागू करने के बाद भी किसान असहाय महसूस कर रहा है। इसके लिए उन्हें आध्यात्मिक मनोबल प्रदान करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि हम आध्यात्मिक तथा भौतिक दोनों तत्वों के तालमेल से भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बना सकते है।
लखनऊ के उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि निदेशालय के एसिस्टेन्ट डायरेक्टर बी के बद्रीविशाल भाई ने कहा कि किसानों को सरकार साथ दे रही है, परन्तु किसानों की समृद्धि का आधार खेत तथा खेत की मिट्टी है। मिट्टी के स्वास्थ्य के आधार पर ही खेत की पैदावार निश्चित की जा सकती है। इसके लिए किसानों को जागरूक करने तथा उनका संगठन बनाने एवं आर्थिक, समाजिक व मानसिक सशक्तिकरण जरूरी है।
ई-कृषि सम्मेलन का कुशल संचालन सूरत से प्रभाग की राष्ट्रीय संयोजिका बी के तृप्ति ने कहा कि भारत देश का किसान सशक्त और उन्नत हो और प्रत्येक दाना पौष्टिक और सात्विक हो। कटक की कुमारियों ने मनमोहक नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया। माऊण्ट आबू से प्रभाग के संयोजक बी के शशिकान्त भाई ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया।
