Gurugram ( Haryana ): The 19th Annual Day Celebrations of Om Shanti Retreat Centre (Delhi area) were celebrated with great enthusiasm. Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, addressed the Program as a chief Guest. Advocate Satya Prakash, MLA, Pataudi; Laxman Singh, MLA, Kosli; well-known film actress Divya Kumar Khosla, and other dignitaries attended the program and gave good wishes.
Mr. Ashwini Kumar Chaubey, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, speaking on this occasion said that the Brahma Kumaris Organization is dedicated to the work of reconstruction of this world. It is working tirelessly for the moral and spiritual welfare of humanity. Real religion is the application of good moral values in life. Historically, India has always stood for good religious practices. The Brahma Kumaris organization will once again establish those values in our society. Inner cleanliness of the mind and intellect is as important as the outer one.
MLA Pataudi, Mr. Satya Prakash Jarawta, while expressing his good wishes said that women power has a supreme role in the Brahma Kumaris organization. It is through this power that it is spreading the message of peace and harmony throughout the world.
Ms. Divya Kumar Khosla, well-known actress, said that she has been associated with the Brahma Kumaris organization for the past three years. The practice of Rajyoga meditation has made her stronger internally. She feels like heaven whenever she comes to Om Shanti Retreat Center.
Justice Deepa Sharma, Member of the National Consumers Dispute Redressal Commission, said that one can gain self knowledge at this place. This is the real way to develop inner power.

विश्व के नव निमार्ण के लिए समर्पित है ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ संस्था। उक्त विचार माननीय राज्य मंत्री, अश्विनी कुमार चौबे, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने भोड़ाकलां स्थित ओम् शान्ति रिट्रट सेन्टर के १९ वें वार्षिक उत्सव पर व्य1त किये। मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि संस्था विश्व में मानवता के चारित्रिक, नैतिक और आध्यात्मिक विकास के द्वारा नये मापदण्ड स्थापित कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रेष्ठ मानवीय मूल्यों को जीवन में धारण करना ही वास्तव में धर्म है। भारत सदैव से ही धर्मनिष्ठ राष्ट्र रहा है। जिसको फिर से ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ द्वारा पुनर्स्थापित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाहरी स्वच्छता के साथ-साथ मन और बुद्धि की स्वच्छता भी ज़रूरी है। जब विचार स्वच्छ होगा तभी वातावरण स्वच्छ होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार भी महात्मा गाँधी के स्वच्छता अभियान के सपने को साकार करने का कार्य कर रही है।
पटौदी के माननीय विधायक सत्य प्रकाश ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि मैं काफी समय से ओ.आर.सी से जुड़ा हुआ हूँ। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं जब भी जीवन की परिस्थितियों से विचलित हुआ, तब-तब यहाँ आकर शांति का अनुभव करने आता रहा। उन्होंने कहा कि शांति के बगैर तो कोई भी कार्य संभव नहीं है।
कोसली के माननीय विधायक, लक्ष्मण सिंह ने अपनी शुभ भावनाएं प्रकट करते हुए कहा कि ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्था में नारी शक्ति की अग्रणी भूमिका है। नारी शक्ति सदैव से ही महान रही है। मातृ श1ित के द्वारा ही आज सारे विश्व में संस्था शांति का संदेश पहुँचाने का कार्य कर रही है।
प्रसिद्ध फिल्म अभिनेत्री दिव्या कुमार खोसला ने कहा कि मैं तीन वर्षों से संस्था से जुड़ी हूँ। उन्होंने कहा कि राजयोग के अभ्यास से मेरी आंतरिक श1ित का विकास हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि ओ.आर.सी में आते ही मुझे स्वर्ग की अनुभूति होती है।
इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण मंच की सदस्य न्यायमूर्ति दीपा शर्मा ने कहा कि यहाँ आकर हमें स्वयं के बारे में जानने को मिलता है। स्वयं के ज्ञान से ही हम अपने आंतरिक गुणों और शक्तियों को विकसित कर सकते हैं।
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अभिनव सुनवाई केन्द्र, ग्रेटर नोएडा के अध्यक्ष प्रो. नागेन्द्र ने कहा कि ओ.आर.सी में आने से हमें व्यक्तित्व के सम्पूर्ण स्वरूप का आभास होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये स्थान सारे विश्व में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के स्पन्दन फैलाने का कार्य कर रहा है।
केन्द्र सरकार के कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि विभाग के अतिरिक्त आयुक्त जगमोहन ने कहा कि यहाँ पर जो सेवाभाव नज़र आता है, वो अनुकरणीय है। उन्होंने कहा कि योग से जीवन में मेरी निर्णय शक्ति बेहतर हुई है।
राज्य सतर्कता ब्यूरो के महानिरीक्षक सुभाष यादव ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि वर्तमान समय ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ द्वारा शांति के लिए किये जा रहे प्रयासों की निंतात आवश्यकता है।
इस अवसर पर संस्था के अतिरिक्त महासचिव बी.के.बृजमोहन जी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि खुशी जीवन की सबसे बड़ी खुराक है। उन्होंने कहा कि खुश रहने वाला व्यक्ति केवल स्वयं ही खुश नहीं रहता अपितु सबको खुशियाँ बांटता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आध्यात्मिकता ही वास्तव में सुख-शांति का आधार है। आध्यात्मिकता वास्तव में एक जीवन पद्धति है।
कार्यक्रम में ओ.आर.सी की निर्देशिका आशा दीदी ने सबका स्वागत किया एवं ओ.आर.सी की सेवाओं में सहयोग के लिए धन्यवाद भी किया।
इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम में संस्था के अनेक वरिष्ठ सदस्यों द्वारा भी शुभ कामनाएं प्रदान की गई।
कार्यक्रम में केक काटकर ओ.आर.सी का वार्षिक दिवस मनाया गया। गीत-संगीत के द्वारा भी सबका मनोरंजन हुआ। कार्यक्रम में दिल्ली एन.सी.आर के ५००० से भी अधिक लोगों ने शिरकत की।
