Bhilwara ( Rajasthan ): The Bhilwara centre of Brahma Kumaris in collaboration with its Youth Wing organised a two day training camp called ‘ Touch The Light’ for youth of the sixth, seventh and eighth grade.
BK Geeta, member of the core committee of the Youth Wing from Bhinmal inaugurated this event. Principal of the Rajendra Marg Higher Secondary School, Dr. Mahavir Sharma, Principal of Management College, Mr. Shiv Charan Mathur, Mr. J. C. Bhadada, BK Jeetu and BK Ravi from Mount Abu, BK Indira from Bhilwara and Dr. Ashok Jethwa were present on this occasion.
Dr. Mahavir Sharma, speaking on this occasion, said that this initiative will empower the youth with good values and enable Bharat to become the world teacher again.
Mr. Bhadada said that education today has been reduced to the marksheet only. He expressed his good wishes for this initiative saying that it will give good moral character to the youth. This program is successfully running in 2500 schools across India, and now it has been introduced in Bhilwara as well.
BK Indira, Head of the Bhilwara centre of Brahma Kumaris urged the youth to take this program seriously, as it will teach them mental concentration and emotional control.
BK Jeetu apprised everyone of the activities of the Youth Wing.
A presentation on Harmonious Relationships was given by BK Geeta on the second day.
BK Jitendra talked about child psychology.
BK Ravi shed light on the topic of ‘ Becoming Rich Through Values’.
