Rourkela( Odisha ): The Brahma Kumaris of Koel Nagar in Rourkela, took out a rally under their ‘Kalp Taruh’ environment protection campaign and ‘My Odisha Substance Abuse Free Odisha’. This initiative was taken under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav Project of Brahma Kumaris. The program was celebrated at Japan Jagannath Mandir premises, Jabaghat village, with great enthusiasm. Under this program, tree plantation and awareness about drug addiction via picture exhibition was given to about 100 village people and children.
It was said at this program that the major cause of all social ills today is drug addiction. It decreases the immunity of our body. Everyone understood well the ill effects of drug addiction and pledged to make others aware as well. Saplings of medicinal and fruit bearing trees were distributed to all and a pledge was undertaken to care for them. A mass awareness rally was taken through the village by the Brahma Kumaris sisters and members of the Brahma Kumaris fraternity.
Ms. Bedha Oram, Sarpanch Jabaghat, Shanti Nayak, Ward Member of Jabaghat, Praneshwari Rana, Anganwadi Worker, Sukanti Oram, ASHA Worker, also attended this program as guests. Godly gifts were given to all. Everyone was inspired to learn Rajyoga at the end of this event.

ी के 75 वें अमृत महोत्सव से स्वर्णिम भारत की ओर ….. कार्यक्रम में प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय के कोयल नगर सेवाकेन्द्र द्वारा “कल्पतरु” और “मेरा ओडिशा व्यसन मुक्त ओडिशा” की कड़ी में पौधारोपण और नशा मुक्ति रैली कार्यक्रम 24th July, 2022 को जगन्नाथ मंदिर प्रांगण, Jabaghat (जबाघाट) ग्राम में बड़े ही हर्षोउल्लास से मनाया गया। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत निशुल्क वृक्षों का वितरण एवं नशा मुक्ति की विस्तृत जानकारी चित्र प्रदर्शनी के माध्यम से करीब 100 ग्रामवासी भाई-बहनों और बच्चों को दी गई, जिसमें यह बताया गया की आज समाज में मनुष्य की बढ़ती हुई तकलीफों का मुख्य कारण नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन हैं जिससे हमारी रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति कमजोर हो जाती है। सभी ने इससे होने वाली सामाजिक तकलीफों को गहराई से समझा अथवा इससे बचने के लिए सभी तक इस जानकारी को पहुँचाने की जिम्मेवारी ली। इसी मोके पर सभी उपस्थित भाई बहनों और बच्चों को वृक्षों का महत्व बताते हुए फलदार एवं औषधीय वृक्ष गांव में वितरित करने के साथ-साथ देखभाल करने की प्रतिज्ञा भी दिलाई गई। इस प्रोग्राम में सभी लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए ब्रह्माकुमारीज के राजयोगी भाई-बहनों और ग्राम की माताओं बहनों द्वारा संगठित रूप में पुरे ग्राम में रैली निकाली गई।
