Food for Soul – Tension and Attention

Om Shanti. There is no nourishment like happiness. Happiness is nourishment. Worry is a type of illness and makes you into a patient. So, add “a” to tension, and simply pay attention. Then your tension will disappear. What should we pay attention to? To who I am and who is mine. I am a soul and mine is the Supreme Soul. With my attention on this, I will experience great happiness.

Imbibing Spiritual Powers & Virtues – Power to Accommodate – Saturday- 23rd Oct, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm AEDT  (eastern Australia time)

In day-to-day challenges, we sometimes feel lack of inner power or the required virtue or quality to handle the situation. This series of eight fortnightly retreats on the Australian Virtual Centre offers a very valuable opportunity to provide you with all these tools to use in everyday life and empower the self with inner strength.

Meditation for All – Sundays – 17th, 24th & 31st Oct, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm AEDT   (eastern Australia time)

This 1-hour session includes a short introduction to BK Australia and Rajyoga meditation followed by short meditation commentaries on a different topic each week, such as Silence is my biggest Healer, Forgiveness, Courage, Self Respect, Gratitude and many more.

Relax, Restore, Recharge – Wednesdays- 20th & 27th Oct, 6:45 pm – 7:30 pm AEDT  (eastern Australia time)

A 45-minute conversation and reflection about our inner feelings to reconnect to our core and the Divine.

Spirituality Matters – Creating Space – Friday- 21st Oct 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm AEDT (eastern Australia time)

As the daily stresses of life continue to increase, it is becoming more essential to create a space that allows you to relax, reflect and rejuvenate yourself. A space which harnesses your creativity and expresses who you are and what you want. It’s the practice of Raja Yoga meditation that begins to show us how to return to that natural inner stillness.

Calm in Crisis – Thursday – 28th Oct 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm AEDT (eastern Australia time)

The world is changing fast. To thrive in crisis, we can learn to reconnect with our core stability, inner peace and power. Gently remove anxiety, stress and depression.
