Bhagwanpur ( Bihar ): A program on “Sustainable Yogic Farming” was organized by the Brahma Kumaris Warispur in Bhagwanpur in the Vaishali district of Bihar. This training camp was inaugurated by zonal officer of Bhagwanpur Mr. Vaidyanath Chaudhary Prakhand, Agriculture officer of Bhagwanpur Mr. Subodh Kant Charan, Director of Agriculture Science Center Vaishali, Mr. Devendra Kumar and Agriculture Scientist Mr. Swapril. Chief Speaker on this occasion was BK Bala Sahib from Maharashtra and BK Bhagwan. BK Abita was also present at this event.
BK Bala Sahib, the chief trainer for this program, has been practicing yogic farming for the past fourteen years. He has been invited to share his experience in the field at eighteen agriculture universities, a United Nations Summit on agriculture in Hyderabad, and National Seminars at the Science center in Delhi. During this training camp, these experts shared the principles and technique of yogic farming with the public.
