The UK BK family and guests from overseas gathered together at the Meridian Grand venue in North London. The hall was transformed into a subtle space lit up with glass chandeliers and the stage beautifully decorated with large sprays of spring flowers in purples/lilacs, reds, whites and green and a large backdrop of a photo of Brahma Baba and Dadi Janki exuding joy.
‘Can you feel the love tonight?’ played on the saxophone by Emilio Cara, pulled everyone’s attention. Master of Ceremonies BK Manda welcomed the gathering: ‘Is there anywhere else you would rather be? This is the place, and this is the time and these are the people … with family and gathered to be with Dadi who is like an innocent child making us like she is: gentle, sweet simple, light and lovely!’
The warm welcome and atmosphere of silence and love drew everyone in with more than 1,000 present and with over 200 joining the live webcast from Global Co-operation House and another 200 from around the UK and the world.
BK Suman presented the European tour of BK Shivani, events in Leicester, Manchester and London in the UK. Dadi Janki made her way through the hall greeting and meeting many old friends and new. She was accompanied by BK Sister Jayanti and BK Hansa, BK Devi, BK Kumar and BK Sachin.
Lucinda Drayton sang ‘tiny flower’ as Dadi reached the stage and Liuba Doga performed the angel dance to celestial sounds followed by Dipti Khatry and a group of three dancers welcomed Dadi with a vibrant medley of East and West music.
BK Sister Manda exclaimed with great appreciation: ‘Dadi how many times can we salute you? A million salutes to you!’
Dadi Janki spoke words of wisdom, wishing everyone: Om Shanti, Om Shanti, Om Shanti. What else is there to say: truth, purity, patience. When we have patience, there will be humility and sweetness. And we have 8 powers. I am dancing and do I think about my heart and head! It is the heart that comes first, then the head and then the drishti. Once again, Om Shanti. Let there be soul consciousness. Everyone is good when there is soul consciousness. All here remain detached like lotus flowers.
BK Sister Manda conducted a gift ceremony honouring Dadi janki and celebrating 45 years of Dadi’s service outside of Bharat and reminding everyone, ‘If Dadi wasn’t here we would not be here. Because you came to London in 1974 we are here. Dadi, you have served each one of us in our hearts, minds and intellects and you knew what we needed. You saw what we didn’t see and that is why we are here today.’ BK Sister Jaymini presented a glass angel symbolic of the clean, clear and sparkling angel Dadi is teaching everyone to be.
BK Nick then presented Sister Jayanti with a gift to honour her 70th birthday and for so many years dedicated to spirituality and Godly service. ‘Her sweetness, commitment, and dedication to God has been phenomenal.’
BK Farah then presented BK Hansa with a gift.
Dadi Janki then shared silence and drishti whilst Sister Jayanti and Sister Jaymini shared holy sweet with everyone. Lucinda sang ‘I will rise’ followed by a short video.

लंदन (यूके)। उत्तरी लंदन के मेरिडियन ग्रांड वेन्यू में ब्रिटेन के बीके परिवार के सदस्यों और देश-विदेश से आए मेहमानों ने दादी जानकी से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान पूरा सभागार जगमगा रहा था। रंग-बिरंगे फूलों से सजा मंच बेहद खूबसूरत लग रहा था। वहीं, एमिलियो कारा की सैक्सोफोन से निकलती धुन पूरे वातावरण को प्रेम के रंगों से भिगो रही थी। बीके मांदा ने मेहमानों का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि दादी जी से मिलकर पूरा परिवार अभिभूत है। उनकी मीठी मुस्कान, सरल और सहज स्वभाव सभी को मोह लेता है। दादी जानकी ने भी अपने आशीर्वचनों से सबके दिलों को जीत लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि हम सभी को सच्चाई, पवित्रता और धैर्यता के गुण धारण करने चाहिए। धैर्यता से ही नम्रता और कोमलता आएगी। हमें अपनी अष्ट शक्तियों का भी आभास होना चाहिए। दादी जी ने कहा कि सर्वप्रथम दिल आता है, फिर दिमाग और आखिर में दृष्टि। हम सभी को आत्मिक स्थिति में रहने का आभास करना चाहिए। सभागार में 1000 के करीब लोग उपस्थित थे, जबकि 200 लोगों ने इसका लाइव वेबकास्ट देखा। बीके सुमन ने बीके शिवानी के यूरोपियन टूर की जानकारी दी। बीके शिवानी का लेसेस्टर, मैनचेस्टर और लंदन में कार्यक्रम होने जा रहा है। बीके सुमन ने कहा कि बाबा ने बीके शिवानी को निमित बनाया है कि वह पूरे विश्व में उम्मीद भरे संदेश दे रही हैं और लोगों को चुनौतियों से लड़ने के लिए सशक्त बना रही हैं। कार्यक्रम के दौरान लुसिंडा ड्रेटन ने टाइनी फ्लावर गाने की प्रस्तुति दी, जबकि लियुबा डोगा ने फरिश्ते रूप में मनमोहक नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया। आखिर में बीके सिस्टर मंदा ने दादी जानकी का सम्मान किया। भारत के बाहर 45 वर्षों की उनकी सेवा का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि अगर दादी जी यहां नहीं होतीं, तो हम सब भी नहीं होते। वे 1974 में लंदन आईं। सब की सेवा की। बीके निक ने सिस्टर जयंती को उनके 70वें जन्मदिवस के उपलक्ष्य में भेंट दिए। दादी जानकी ने सभी को दृष्टि दी।
