Puducherry : On the eve of “World No Tobacco Day” State level launching of ” Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan”( Drug Addiction Free Campaign ) was done in the presence of Embalam R. Selvam – Hon`ble Speaker, Puducherry Legislative Assembly, K. Lakshmi Narayanan – Hon`ble Minister PWD, Tourism – Govt of Puducherry, C. Udaya Kumar IAS – Secretary to Govt ( Welfare ), Secretariat Puducherry, E. Vallavan – District Collector, Puducherry, A. Kumaran – Director Social Welfare Dept, Govt of Puducherry.
The keynote address has been given by BK Kavita, Rajyoga Teacher, Puducherry. About 600 participants took part in the Rally campaign. This comprised 425 Non-BK Youth, Staffs, Lecturers, Co-ordinators, 100 BKs and 75 others.
