Chief guests of the program were Anshul Gupta, General Manager, N.F Railway, BK Sheela, Director of Brahma Kumaris, North East Sub-zone Bangladesh, BK Sharada, National Co-ordinator, Women wing, RERF, local Councilors who inaugurated the program with candle lightening and cake cutting.
