Seminar on “Safety through Spiritual Life Skills” by Brahma Kumaris, Warangal

Shiv Nagar, Warangal ( Telangana ): A seminar was held at the local Brahma Kumaris Retreat Center in Warangal on the topic “Safety through Spiritual Life Skills”. BK Rakesh Bhatia from Mumbai said that there is a sharp rise in road accidents in India and when the drivers are calm and driving with peace of mind these accidents can be avoided. He said that meditation is the way to achieve peace of mind. Spirituality brings about stability of mind, which will keep the self safe and also people on the road safe.

Before and after driving we should remember the Almighty and thank Him. Just as how the driver drives the vehicle, the Soul drives this vehicle of the body. The Father of this Soul is Supreme Soul World Almighty Authority. To consider the self as Soul and to remember the Supreme Soul is Rajyoga Meditation. He concluded the session by conducting a meditation session.

Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) Regional Manager Mr. Sridhar said that he is very happy to be addressing the conference and said that it is more important to be content in life than earning more materialistic wealth. He said that the Brahma Kumaris are a living example of that, and by learning the meditation taught here everyone can have peace and happiness in their lives.

Bus drivers and conductors of five districts participated in this seminar.
