Bokaro (Jharkhand): The Self-Reliant Farmer Campaign, Jharkhand launching program was successfully organized at the Bokaro Center of Brahma Kumaris. On this occasion, BK Raju, Vice Chairperson of the Agriculture and Rural Development Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation, arrived from Mount Abu.
Other guests who attended this program were, Mr. Kuldeep Chaudhary, Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro; Mrs. Keertishree, Deputy Development Commissioner, Bokaro; Mr. Biranchi Narayan, MLA, Bokaro; Mrs. Sunita Devi with City President Zilla Parishad Bokaro, along with many eminent public representatives.
Farmers from all the cities of Jharkhand participated in the program and benefitted from it. After the program, all the farmers took a resolution that if they want to become self-reliant farmers, then organic and yogic farming should be adopted in their lifestyle, only then their village, city, and state can be developed. The BK members took the initiative of making farmers self-reliant by going from village to village and training them through organic and compound farming.
All the honorable guests praised this effort of the Agriculture and Rural Development Division of Brahma Kumaris, they said that to date they have not seen such selfless spirit in any institution. They also assured cooperation to make this program successful in their respective areas and flagged off the chariot of Atmanirbhar Kisan Abhiyan(Self-reliant Farmer Campaign) to tour the entire Jharkhand. After the program, Bokaro Center Incharge BK Kusum and BK Suman honored the chief guests by presenting them with Godly gifts.

इस कार्यक्रम में आए हुए *मुख्य अतिथि – माननीय श्री कुलदीप चौधरी उपायुक्त, बोकारो, वशिष्ठ अतिथि – माननीय श्रीमती कृतिश्री जी उप उपायुक्त, बोकारो, माननीय श्री बिरंची नारायण जी, विधायक बोकारो, विधानसभा एवं श्रीमती सुनीता देवी नगर अध्यक्ष जिला परिषद बोकारो के साथ-साथ अनेकों गणमान्य जनप्रतिनिधि भाई एवं बहनें उपस्थित रहेl*
झारखंड के सभी शहरों से किसान भाई ने इस कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित होकर इस कार्यक्रम का लाभ उठाया। कार्यक्रम के पश्चात सभी किसान भाइयों ने यह संकल्प लिया कि आत्मनिर्भर किसान बनना है, तो जैविक और योगिक खेती को अपने जीवन शैली में अपनाना है, तभी हमारा और हमारे गांव, शहर और राज्य का विकास हो सकता हैl तथा कृषि विभाग से जुड़े हुए बी.के. भाई बहनों ने गांव-गांव में जा कर किसानों को प्रशिक्षण देकर जैविक और यौगिक खेती द्वारा किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने का बीड़ा उठाया है तथा इस कार्यक्रम को पूरे झारखंड में सफल बनाना हैl
सभी माननीय अतिथियों ने ब्रह्माकुमारीज के कृषि एवं ग्राम विकास प्रभाग के इस प्रयास को अति सराहनीय बताया, उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी निस्वार्थ भावना आज तक हमने किसी संस्था में नहीं देखी। उन्होंने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने के लिए सहयोग का भी भरोसा दिया तथा सभी अतिथियों द्वारा झंडा दिखाकर आत्मनिर्भर किसान अभियान के रथ को पूरे झारखंड भ्रमण के लिए रवाना कियाl कार्यक्रम के पश्चात बोकारो सेंटर इंचार्ज ब्रह्माकुमारी कुसुम दीदी एवं सुमन बहन जी ने मुख्य अतिथि को ईश्वरीय सौगात भेंट कर सम्मानित कियाl
