Navsari ( Gujarat ): The local center of the Brahma Kumaris Maroli branch organized a self-defense awareness seminar in which Bharat Bishnoi, National President of the Buddhist Kung-fu Federation of India, and Kumari Kiran were invited to train the participants in self-defense techniques.
On this occasion the Chief guest Manisha Ben Patel, a member of Taluka Panchayat, unveiled an attractive Chaitanya (live) tableau of mother Ambaji for public viewing.
Speaking about the purpose of the program Rajyogini Mukesh said that in the present Kaliyug, little girls, sisters, and mothers are not safe anywhere. We hear and see shameful incidents of rapes, molestation, etc., on TV and Newspapers every day. Therefore, all the sisters ought to empower themselves both mentally and physically. To become strong from the mind we must include meditation in our daily routine, which is taught free of cost at every center of the Brahma Kumaris, by means of which inner fear, hesitation, and negatives are removed, while will-power increases and the aura of purity becomes clean, due to which no one dares to attack us. Second, always consider yourself to be Shiva Shakti, that I am the soul, a living entity, God Father Shiva and His powers are always with me, hence I am always protected.
Bharati Bishnoi and Kumari Kiran conducted an hour-long training session, entertaining all through demonstration. They also taught sisters how to use their sandals, scarves, car keys, ball pens, hairpins, and similar small objects as weapons to protect themselves. The program concluded after giving thanks and distributing sacrament (holy food offering) among the participants.

प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय की मरोली शाखा (नवसारी) द्वारा “स्व-रक्षण जागरूकता सेमिनार” का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें ट्रेनिंग कराने के लिए बुद्धिस्ट कुंग-फू फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया संस्थान के नेशनल प्रेसिडेंट श्री भारत बिश्नोई तथा कुमारी किरण बहन को विशेष आमंत्रित किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मंचस्थ महानुभावों द्वारा दीप प्रज्वलित करके किया गया। साथ साथ मां अंबा जी की बहुत सुंदर चैतन्य झांकी भी सजाई गई थी। जिसका मुख्य अतिथि श्रीमती मनीषा बेन पटेल (तालुका पंचायत सभ्य -BJP) ने अनावरण करके सर्व समक्ष झांकी को खुला किया। सभी ने मां अंबा के चैतन्य स्वरूप के दर्शनों के साथ-साथ मंगल आरती का भी लाभ लिया।
तत्पश्चात ब्रह्माकुमारी मुकेश बहन ने कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य बताते हुए कहा की वर्तमान कलयुगी समय में छोटी छोटी बच्चियां, बहने, माताएं कहां भी सुरक्षित नहीं है । टी. वी. तथा अखबारों में अनेक दुष्कर्म, छेड़खानी आदि की शर्मनाक घटनाएं हम रोज सुनते- देखते हैं। अतः सभी बहनों को मन और तन दोनों प्रकार से सशक्त बनने की आवश्यकता है । मन से सशक्त बनने के लिए हम अपनी दिनचर्या में मेडिटेशन को जरूर शामिल करें, जो ब्रह्माकुमारीज के हरेक सेन्टर पर निशुल्क सिखाया जाता है। जिससे अंदर का डर, संकोच तथा नकारात्मकता निकलकर मनोबल बढ़ता है तथा हमारा पवित्रता का तेज (Aura) क्लीन होता जाता है । जिस कारण किसी को भी हम पर अटैक करने की हिम्मत नहीं पड़ती । दूसरा अपने को सदा शिव-शक्ति समझे कि मैं चैतन्य आत्मा हूं, परमात्मा शिव और उनकी शक्तियां हर पल मेरे साथ होने के कारण मैं सदैव सुरक्षित हूं।
उसके बाद 1 घंटे की ट्रेनिंग भ्राता श्री भारत बिश्नोई तथा किरण बहन ने सभी को डेमोंसट्रेशन के साथ बहुत ही मनोरंजक ढंग से कराई। सिखाया कि – बहने किस प्रकार आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अपने सैंडल, स्कार्फ, गाड़ी की चाबी, बॉलपेन, हेयरपिन आदि छोटी-छोटी वस्तुओं का प्रयोग शस्त्र के रूप में करके अपना बचाव स्वयं कर सकती हैं।
