BK Ramesh presented an hour-and-a-half seminar with meditation experiences to all the participants. He explained in a very simple way on the theme “Safety through Spirituality.”  For drivers, safety is first, then driving skills with awareness, and a peaceful and cool mindset is needed. Waste thoughts and bad habits causes an individual to make faulty decisions, and hence have bad driving skills, prone to accidents on the road.  So drivers should adopt spiritual values and practice meditation, so that they can make their mindsets cool and always be relaxed in their respective duties.”

Around 25 tanker drivers participated with complete discipline, and received benefit during this lockdown period.
