Bangalore ( Karnataka ): The 143rd birthday of Brahma Baba was celebrated in the Jakkur Retreat Centre. The program started with welcoming of honorable guests, lighting lamps and cake cutting.
BK Padma, Subzonal Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, BK Radhika, BK Anitha, BK Suma, and BK Vaibhav participated in the event and shared their inspirations along with other dignitaries.
A Session on the topic “Reconnecting with the self” was conducted by BK Radhika, BK Suma, and BK Vaibhav. Some 250 participants attended the retreat. Soul Consciousness, Supreme Soul Consciousness and the 8 powers of Rajayoga were explained and experienced along with creative activities by all the participants.
A Children’s program was organized with various sessions including Positive Thinking, Digital Detoxification, Exploring the Self, Memory Management, Building Confidence, and Character Development with Meditation. About 50 children attended the event who enjoyed the fun activities and videos.
