Pathankot ( Punjab ): Three Jagriti Yatras(Awakening rallies) and two seminars were organized by Dhangu Road, Rajyoga Center under Jal Jan Abhiyan. The rally was flagged off by Center Incharge BK Satya, Principal Meenu Rathore (Army School Pathankot), Principal Shivani Bali (Army School Mamoon Cantt), Advocate and Ajay Sharma.
Accountant Vishal Sharma, Professor Neena Khullar, Professor Rashmi Sharma and many dignitaries of the city were included in the rally. A total of 500 bk’s participated in the rally, took a pledge to conserve water and chanted slogans.
In the water conservation seminar, BK Satya said that water is an important element of nature. How many times do we enjoy this gift of nature from morning to night. It is needed by the body after hours. Water is nectar. For example, the food we eat is also prepared with water. Water is used for washing vegetables, for farming, along with medicines that protect the body. Therefore knowing the importance of water, saving it is our duty and a priority.
Principal Meenu Rathore said that the next world war will be for water only. There are 800 children and staff in our school, we will inspire everyone to save water.
BK Pratap made everyone take a pledge.
- We pledge to conserve water and use it judiciously.
- By telling its importance to our family friends and relatives, we will encourage them to use it judiciously and save every drop.

यात्रा में भाग लेने वालो में एकाउंटेंट विशाल शर्मा, प्रोफेसर नीना खुल्लर, प्रोफेसर रश्मि शर्मा सहित शहर की कईं गणमान्य हस्तियाँ शामिल थी l कुल 500 भाई बहनों ने यात्रा में भाग लिया , जल संरक्षण की प्रतिज्ञा की एवं नारे भी लगाए l
जल संरक्षण सेमिनार में बीके सत्या जी ने कहा कि पानी प्राकृति का एक महत्वपूर्ण तत्व है l सुबह से रात्रि तक कितनी बार हम प्राकृति के इस तोहफे का आनंद उठाते हैं l घंटे घंटे बाद शरीर में इसकी जरूरत होती है l पानी अमृत है l सुबह स्नान से लेकर, हम जो खाना खाते हैं वह भी पानी से ही तैयार होता है l सब्जियां धोने के लिए, खेती के लिए, शरीर की रक्षक दवाइयों के साथ भी पानी का ही प्रयोग होता है l अत् पानी के महत्व को जान उसे बचाना , हम सबकी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए l
प्रिंसिपल मीनू राठौर ने कहा अगला विश्वयुद्ध पानी के लिए ही होगा l हमारे स्कूल में 800 बच्चे एवं स्टाफ हैं, हम सबको पानी बचाने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे l
बीके प्रताप ने सभा में उपस्थित सभी भाई बहनों से प्रतिज्ञा करवाई :
* हम शपथ लेते हैं कि हम जल संरक्षण करेंगे और इसका विवेकपूर्ण इस्तेमाल करेंगे l
* अपने परिवार मित्र संबंधियों को भी इसका महत्व बताकर युक्तियुक्त प्रयोग एवं बूँद बूँद बचाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेंगे l
