Shahkot ( Punjab ): Rakhi and Independence Day celebrations were organized at Brahma Kumaris Center Shahkot in which the Shahkot city head, the chief guest Satish Rehan hoisted the tricolor flag (trianga) on this special occasion.
BK Raj Philor, President of Navyug Sasthan Baksis Matharu, Arora Maha Sabha President Parveen Grover, Aam Aadmi Party’s urban chief Manoj Arora and other institutions participated with enthusiasm.
On this special occasion, the head of the city, Satish while glorifying the BK organization and the sisters, said that today even though I do not have time, I listened to the program for two hours.
The reason I heard is our President, Droupadi Murmu, who struggled so much in life and has seen sorrow, but the practice of Rajyoga and the love and nurture of BK sisters filled her life with happiness and peace.
BK Raj of Philor Center, while highlighting the importance of Rakhi to everyone on this special occasion, said that we are all children of God but due to not knowing our true nature, we have forgotten our true relation with God.
Center In-charge BK Tulsi shared with everyone the spiritual significance of Independence Day. All city residents and participants received Godly gifts. Chief of the city Satish, the chief of Navyug Sanstha, and the members of the Aam Aadmi Party were tied Godly rakhi.

फिलोर सेंटर के राज दीदी जी ने इस ख़ास अवसर पर सभी को राखी का महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि हम सभी इश्वर की सन्तान है लेकिन आपने वास्तविक सवरुप को न जानने के कारण आत्मा रूप में टीका,परमात्मा के साथ का संबंध सब भूल गए हैं।
सेन्टर इंचार्ज तुलसी दीदी ने सभी को स्वतंत्रता दिवस के आदियात्मिक रहस से अवगत करवाया आए हुए शहर के प्रधान सतीश भाई, नवयुग ससथा के प्रधान बक्सिश भाई और आम आदमी पार्टी के मेम्बर्स को ईश्वरीय सौगात भेट की ओर आय हुए सभी ब्राह्मण कुलभूषण और अन्य शहर निवासियों को राखी बांधी गई तिरंगा फहराया गया
