Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh): The Brahma Kumaris of Maya Bazar in Gorakhpur held a program for the women and children inmates of a women’s asylum. The topic of the day was ‘Crime-Free Society’. BK Bhagwan from Mount Abu was the Chief Speaker of this program.
BK Bhagwan, while addressing the audience, said that the increasing violence and crime in society is a cause for concern. It is important to make a society free of crime, with the help of the youth, who follow spiritual principles and Rajyoga. Today’s youth is diverting from the right path due to wrong company, drug addiction, cinema, and fashion. Today’s youth is tomorrow’s society. Spirituality can show the right direction to the youth. Rajyoga develops positive and constructive tendencies in mind. Lack of value-based education in youth is a major reason behind crime in society. Introducing youth to spirituality is the only way to make a crime-free society in the future. He advised the youth to shun bad company and read good literature daily.
BK Shikha, In-charge of Brahma Kumaris in Maya Bazar, said that since we are all children of God, our qualities should resemble His, but it is not so. Our life is incomplete until we exhibit qualities like sacrifice, kindness, gentleness, tolerance, and charity.
Reshma Shrivastava, Superintendent, in her address, said that if we implement the teachings of Brahma Kumaris, we can build a shining life for us. She thanked Brahma Kumaris for holding this program and urged them to hold more such programs in the future.
BK Beauty, BK Kamal, along with the entire staff and inmates of the asylum, also attended this event.

गोरखपुर : आज समाज में बढ़ती हिंसा तथा अपराध एक चिंतनीय विषय है। आज समाज, देश व विश्व की स्थिति किसी से छिपी नहीं है।इसलिए आध्यात्मिकता और राजयोगसे सशक्त युवा द्वारा अपराध मुक्त समाज का निर्माण किया जाना जरूरी है। अपराध मुक्त समाज के लिए -आध्यात्मिकता और राजयोग कि आवश्यक । उक्त उदगार माउंट आबू से ब्रह्माकुमारीज के मुख्यालय से आये हुए बी. के. भगवान भाई ने कही वे आज बुधवार को महिला शरनालय में बंदिस्त बच्चे और महिलाओं को अपराध मुक्त समाज विषय पर बोल रहे थे |
भगवान भाई जी ने कहा कि कुसंग, व्यसन, सिनेमा और फैशन से आज की युवा पीढ़ी भटक रही है। इन्हीं कारणों से वर्तमान समय अपराध बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। आज के युवा कल का समाज है | युवा ही समाज कि धरोवर है |उन्होंने ने कहा कि राजयोग और आध्यात्मिकता से ही युवा पीढ़ी को सही दिशा मिल सकती है। आध्यात्मिकता और राजयोग से ही मानवीय मन में रचनात्मक और सकारात्मक चेतना का विकास होता है।
उन्होंने बताया अगर कल के समाज को अपराध मुक्त बनाना चाहते हो तो वर्तमान के युवा को आध्यात्मिकता से संस्कारित करने की आवश्यकता है। संस्कारित शिक्षा की कमी ही वर्तमान समय अपराधों का मूल कारण है। उन्होंने अपराधमुक्त बनने हेतु संग दोष ,नशा , अश्लील फिल्मे , गलत भोजन से बचकर रोज अच्छे साहित्य पढने कि सलाह दिया |
स्थानीय ब्रह्माकुमारी सेवाकेंद्र माया बजार कि प्रभारी बी. के. शिखा बहनजी ने कहा कि हम परमात्मा के बच्चे है उसके गुण और हमारे गुणों में समानता चाहिए लेकिन हमारे में दुर्गुण आते जा रहे है उन्हों ने बताया कि जब तक हमारे व्यवहारिक जीवन में परोपकार, त्याग, उदारता, नम्रता, सहनशीलता, आदि सदगुण नहीं आते तब तक हमारी मानव जीवन अधूरा है।
अधिक्षक श्रीमती रेशमा श्रीवास्तव जी ने भी अपना सम्बोधन देते हुए कहा कि ब्रह्माकुमारी द्वारा सुनी हुई बातो को आचरण में लाना और अपना भावी जीवन उज्वल बनाना | उन्होंने ब्रह्माकुमारी के ऐसे कार्यक्रम हेतु धन्यवाद दिया और भविष्य में ऐसे कार्यक्रम हेतु निमन्त्रण भी दिया |
इस कार्यक्रम में सभी स्टाफ के साथ बी के ब्यूटी बहन जी और बी के कमल भाई भी उपस्थित थे |
