Rajayoga Training Program by Neemuch Brahma Kumaris

Neemuch ( Madhya Pradesh ): The Neemuch service center of the Brahma Kumaris held a Rajyoga Meditation Training Camp for a week on the occasion of the festival of Holi.  Nearly 150 people were trained each day in Rajayoga meditation.  BK Savita, BK Shruti and BK Surendra were the main Rajayoga teachers who conducted these sessions.  On the concluding day, a program was held to celebrate Holi.

Rajyogini BK Savita, while speaking on this occasion, said that if we can forget the past, then our present can be very bright. The Holi festival gives us the message of purity and brotherhood.

BK Surendra, Area Director of Brahma Kumaris, said that losing body consciousness (identifying with the self as the body, rather than the soul, or the inner living being) and living a life of self awareness is similar to taking a new birth.

All the participants wrote letters to the Supreme One, pledging to get rid of their bad habits and addictions. Everyone lighted candles to symbolize their divine awakening.  A beautiful cake cutting ceremony was also held, along with many song and dance performances. A bonfire symbolizing the end of all evil tendencies was made. Godly food offerings were given to all at the end of the program.
