Kota ( Rajasthan ): The Brahma Kumaris Kota in Rajasthan honoured Om Birla, the newly appointed speaker of Lok Sabha, with flowers, a badge, a shawl and Godly presents upon his first visit to the city after being appointed. BK Urmila, head of the Kota Brahma Kumaris, along with the other sisters was present on this occasion.
BK Urmila congratulated Mr. Birla on behalf of the Brahma Kumaris Organization and described it as a proud moment for the citizens of Kota. She hoped that the maximum possible service to humanity be done in his tenure as speaker and wished him success in all his endeavors. She also wished him peace and happiness in all moments of his life.
An invitation to be the Chief Guest for the political wing conference on “Spiritual Empowerment for Difficult Times”, to be held in Mount Abu in August, was also extended to him.
