Bhopal( Madhya Pradesh ): The Brahma Kumaris of Blessings House, Sahadtrabahu Nagar, Hoshangabad Road in Bhopal, held a live talk show on the topic ‘Purpose of Life’. BK Sister Shivani, Internationally acclaimed Motivational Speaker, was the Chief Speaker on this occasion.
BK Sister Shivani said that the condition of our mind affects the body. We have succeeded in improving our external conditions but we need to pay some attention to our mental patterns as well. A healthy body is not possible without a stable mind. When we are worried or unhappy, our body listens to it, but doesn’t get sick immediately. It falls sick later.
She further said that Meditation is the power of our body and also the means to connect with God. We should surrender ourselves to God and remain light. We need to give blessings to those who wrong us. In fact greater the mistake, bigger should be our blessing. Weak people need more blessings. We should try to earn blessings of all and never hurt anyone.
