Online Prayer Meet for Sidharth Shukla and Blessings by Brahma Kumaris

Mumbai ( Maharashtra ): Sidharth’s mother Rita Shukla has been associated with Brahma Kumaris for a long time and that’s how Sidharth Shukla became a part of the Brahma Kumaris family.

The actor was closely associated with Brahma Kumaris for the past three years and even attended an event that took place at the Headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris in Mount Abu. Sidharth had extended his full support to the Brahma Kumaris and also gave speeches for the same.

Sidharth Shukla’s last journey involved the Brahma Kumari rituals including meditation, as the actor was an ardent follower of the faith. Speaking about the actor’s last journey, BK Tapaswini from Brahma Kumaris Vile Parle said, “Sidharth followed the Brahma Kumaris and studied the daily discourse so his last journey will have all of it.  Sidharth was a regular at the Brahmakumari centre at Vile Parle and was last seen there on rakhi. He came to our Vile Parle centre and Senior Rajayogini BK Yogini tied rakhi to him.”

A prayer meet was held for Sidharth Shukla on September 6 by the sisters of Brahma Kumaris. The special meditation and prayer session was held at 5 pm and many moments of the actor spent at the Brahma Kumaris were shown.

During the prayer meet, that was held online, several images of Sidharth Shukla were shown. They are indeed some cherished moments as you get to see the actor laughing, smiling, praying, spending time with the members of Brahma Kumaris.

The virtual prayer meeting was led by Senior Rajayogini BK Yogini  and BK Sister Shivani who showered their blessings on the departed soul. Friends, fans and many members of the entertainment fraternity meditatively mourned the passing away of Sidharth.

BK Shivani conducted the Satsang and shared that she contacted Sidharth Shukla’s mother, Rita Shukla on the day of his death. BK Shivani also helped Shukla’s fans by helping them in meditation. She started with, “Om Shanti, Sidharth Parmatma Ke Paas Chale Gaye. Everyone in the world had just one question in their mind Aisa Kyun Hua? (Why did it happen?). Achanak, Sab kuch theek tha. Hum sabko chodke ek nayi yatra pe chale gaye (Why did it happen, all of a sudden, he chose a different path). The late actor’s fans and loved ones are still seeking for their answers. Ye galat hua, aisa hua kaise? Itna shaktishali, sada khush rehna wala, sabko khush karne wala mann, aisa ho kaise sakta hai, ye hua kyun? These questions are there in everyone’s mind. Everyone wants to know the answer. We have to change our perspective today for some time.”

BK Shivani requested everyone in the prayer meet to not think about yourself. We have to see from his family’s perspective. Think about the person who is no longer here. Hum sab ne ek insaan ko khoya hai, but usne ek pal hum mein apne poore pariwaar ko kho diya (We have just lost one person but think about him, he doesn’t have anyone with him). Parivaar ne ek sadasya ko khoya, but uss ek insaan ne poore parivaar ko kho diya, shareer kho diya, dost, rishte kho diye. Jo haasil kiya, vo kho diya. Think about the person who dies, he has nothing with him now. Who has more suffering?

BK Shivani further revealed she was moved upon witnessing the strong nature of his mother Rita maa. She can be heard saying, “When I had a word with Rita behen on September 2 evening, she said: Om Shanti. Wherever he is, he’ll be happy”.

Sidharth was closest to his mother. These pictures of him on the swing and merry-go-round with his mother at Peace Park, Mount Abu will remain forever as fond memories.

Happy and unseen pictures of Sidharth Shukla with his mother laughing, playing and cherished times spent at the Brahma Kumaris. These happy pictures of Sidharth Shukla with the sisters and members of Brahma Kumari show how actively he participated in all their functions.
