Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): Pollution is increasing rapidly in today’s world which is a matter of concern for all of us. In such a situation, if the earth is to be preserved and protected from pollution, a change in the lifestyle of human beings is necessary. For this, we have to organize such programs and spread public awareness among the people. Only then we will be able to keep the environment around us and the earth safe and protected. The above statement was expressed by Abu Road SDM Govind Singh. The occasion was the National launch of the ‘One Earth‘ Campaign on World Earth Day, under the theme Invest Your Planet (Preserve, Protect, Promote) by the Scientists, Engineers and Architects Wing at the Shantivan campus of the Brahma Kumaris Headquarters, today. He said that every person of the society will have to come forward and make efforts for environmental protection. It is the responsibility of all of us.
Chairperson of the Scientist, Engineers and Architects Wing BK Mohan Singhal Bhai said that the G-20 program is being run by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the protection of the environment. The purpose of this program being run on the theme of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is One Earth, One Family, One Future. This can happen only when we invest in the earth. We will consider animals, birds, trees and plants and all five elements of nature as family along with our nature. We should never exploit nature. If life is to be saved then environment and earth have to be saved. The greatness of our culture is that India has been given the status of mother. We have a tradition of worshiping and respecting rivers, water and forests. We have been worshiping the things that nature has given us with a sense of gratitude.
Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris BK Dr. Nirmala said that we all have to be serious about saving the environment.
BK Sister Sheilu, Senior Raja Yoga teacher and Vice Chairperson of Education Wing said that by including Raja Yoga in life, the pollution of our mind is removed. When the mind remains clean and beautiful, then our actions will also be clean, beautiful and positive. They will be in the direction of nature conservation. She conducted mass meditation with commentary to spread vibrations of peace to the five elements of nature and the mother earth.
BK Supriya, Chief Editor of BK HQ Daily eNews shared about the positive yield gained by sustainable yogic farming and the excellent results of the experiments conducted by various universities and research centers. She shared about the various environment initiatives Brahma Kumaris are working on in protecting the Mother earth and nature, in India and abroad.
BK Bharat Bhushan, National Co-ordinator of Scientists, Engineers and Architects Wing gave the welcome speech on this occasion. He shared the importance of tree plantation and reducing pollution inorder to protect the mother Earth.
A large number of people from different parts of India were present on this occasion. In the program, the students of Nursing School presented a dance play sharing the importance of planting trees.

आबू रोड/राजस्थान। वर्तमान समय में बहुत प्रदूषण तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। यह हम सभी के लिए चिंता का विषय है। ऐसी स्थिति में यदि पृथ्वी को संरक्षित करना है, प्रदूषण से बचाना है तो लोगों की लाइफ स्टाइल में परिवर्तन जरूरी है। इसके लिए हमें ऐसे कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर लोगों में जन जागृति फैलाना होगा। तभी हम अपने आसपास के पर्यावरण और पृथ्वी को सुरक्षित, संरक्षित रख पाएंगे।
उक्त उद्गार आबू रोड एसडीएम गोविंद सिंह ने व्यक्त किए। मौका था शनिवार को विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस पर ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्थान के शांतिवन परिसर में वैज्ञानिक, अभियंता एवं इंजीनियरिंग प्रभाग द्वारा चलाए जा रहे इनवेस्ट योवर प्लानेट (प्रेसर्व, प्रोटेक्ट, प्रमोट) कैपेंन की राष्ट्रीय लांचिंग की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए समाज के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को आगे आकर प्रयास करना होंगे। यह हम सभी की जिम्मेदारी है।
वैज्ञानिक, अभियंता एवं इंजीनियरिंग प्रभाग के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बीके मोहन सिंघल भाई ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा पर्यावरण के संरक्षण के लिए जी-20 प्रोग्राम चलाया जा रहा है। वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम की थीम पर चलाए जा रहे इस प्रोग्राम का मकसद वन अर्थ, वन फैमिली, वन फ्यूचर है। यह तभी हो सकता है जब हम अर्थ में इनवेस्ट करें। हम अपनी प्रकृति के साथ पशु, पक्षी, पेड़-पौधे और प्रकृति के पांचों सभी को परिवार मानेंगे। कभी प्रकृति का दोहन नहीं करेंगे। जीवन को बचाना है तो पर्यावरण और पृथ्वी को बचाना होगा। हमारी संस्कृति की महानता है कि भारत को माता का दर्जा दिया गया है। हमारे यहां नदी, जल, जंगल को पूजने की, आदर की परंपरा रही है। प्रकृति में जिन चीजों ने हमें दिया है उन्हें हम कृतज्ञता के भाव से पूजते रहे हैं।
संस्थान की संयुक्त मुख्य प्रशासिका बीके निर्मला दीदी ने कहा कि हम सभी को अब पर्यावरण बचाने के लिए गंभीर होने की जरूरत है। वरिष्ठ राजयोग शिक्षिका बीके नीलू दीदी ने कहा कि जीवन में राजयोग को शामिल करने से हमारे मन का प्रदूषण दूर हो जाता है, जब मन स्वच्छ-सुंदर रहेगा तो हमारे कर्म भी स्वच्छ, सुंदर और सकारात्मक होंगे। प्रकृति संरक्षण की दिशा में होंगे। इस मौके पर बीके भारत भूषण ने भी अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। बीके डॉ. सविता बहन और बीके सुप्रिया बहन ने भी अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। इस मौके पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे। कार्यक्रम में नर्सिंग स्कूल की छात्राओं ने नुक्कड़ नाटक पेश कर पृथ्वी का महत्व बताते प्रस्तुति दी।
