“Meditation for Happy Living” Session by Brahma Kumaris Mohali

Mohali ( Punjab): A session on Meditation for Happy Living was arranged by a family in their newly built house in Mohali.

On the occasion, BK Rama said that by having positive thoughts, our mind and body remain energetic by which we can make proper decisions in our life. She emphasized the impact of our thoughts on body organs and our relations.

BK Meena added, Be grateful for everything you have. Each morning be grateful that you are alive. Be grateful for the gifts of life – no matter how big or small.

Everyone experienced deep silence and positivity during the practical meditation session. Everyone appreciated this initiative and hoped for more such initiatives.
