Kadma ( Haryana ): Only a healthy person can build a clean society, this statement was expressed by BK Vasudha, in-charge of Brahma Kumaris in the Jhojhu-Kadma area, while inaugurating the free health check-up camp organized at the Brahma Kumaris Center Kadma.
She said that health is the biggest capital of a person because a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, due to which his thinking becomes positive; only through positivity there can be proper development of the society.
Doctors of the GK Super Specialty Hospital Dadri provided their services in the health check-up camp. On this occasion Dr. Gaurav Kalra, Neuro Surgeon, and Dr. Krishna Kanhaiya, Medicine, examined the health of the people in which asthma and seasonal diseases were checked, and they were advised to avoid cigarette smoking, dust and soil. Heart patients were told about the diet chart in detail; along with them other diseases were also investigated. Dr. Krishna advised people to take a walk and do light exercise to stay healthy.
Dr. Subhash asked people to meditate and exercise regularly. In the health check-up camp, along with the health check-up of 95 people, free sugar and ECG tests were done free of cost and free medicines were made available.
On this occasion, BK Jyoti said that most of the diseases arise from our mind. To give positive direction to the mind, we need to meditate every day. It is said that meditation is the only medicine by which we make our mental thoughts pure and holy, and can win over many diseases easily. Deepak and Nitin had special support in the camp along with Manisha and Seema (staff nurse).

उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य मनुष्य की सबसे बड़ी पूंजी है क्योंकि स्वस्थ शरीर में ही स्वस्थ मन वास करता है जिससे उसकी सोच सकारात्मक होती है सकारात्मकता से ही समाज का सही विकास हो सकता है।
स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर में जी के सुपर स्पेशलिटी अस्पताल दादरी के डॉक्टर्स ने अपनी सेवाएं प्रदान की इस अवसर पर डॉ गौरव कालरा न्यूरो सर्जन एवं डॉक्टर कृष्ण कन्हैया मेडिसन ने लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की जांच की जिसमें अस्थमा दमा व मौसमी बीमारी की चेकअप किया गया और उनको बीड़ी सिगरेट धूम्रपान धूल मिट्टी से बचने की सलाह दी हार्ट पेशेंट्स को डाइट चार्ट के बारे में विस्तार से बताया इनके साथ साथ अन्य बीमारियों की भी जांच की गई। डॉक्टर कृष्ण ने स्वस्थ रहने के लिए सैर करने तथा हल्की एक्सरसाइज करने को कहा।
डॉक्टर सुभाष ने लोगों को मेडिटेशन व नियमित एक्सरसाइज करने के लिए कहा।
स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर में 95 लोगों की स्वास्थ्य की जांच के साथ साथ शुगर तथा ईसीजी निशुल्क की गई।
इस अवसर पर निशुल्क शुगर व ईसीजी की जांच फ्री की गई तथा निशुल्क दवाइयां उपलब्ध कराई।
इस मौके पर ब्रह्माकुमारी ज्योति बहन ने कहा कि ज्यादातर बीमारियां हमारे मन से उपजती हैं मन को सकारात्मक दिशा देने के लिए हमें हर रोज मेडिटेशन की आवश्यकता है कहा जाता है मेडिटेशन ही मेडिसन है जिससे हम अपने मानसिक विचरों को शुद्ध और पवित्र बना अनेक बीमारियों पर सहज ही जीत पा सकते हैं। शिविर में मनीषा ,सीमा स्टाफ नर्स के साथ दीपक, नितिन का विशेष सहयोग रहा।
