Rhenock ( Sikkim ): The auspicious Mahashivratri festival was celebrated by Brahma Kumaris, Sikkim in Rhenock, Kingston, and Rongli. Regional MLA, Vishnu Khatiwada, was the Chief Guest and Santosh Kumar Pradhan, Chairman, President of Sikkim Consumers Cooperative Society Ltd (SCCS Ltd) were present as special guests in the event held in Rhenock. In Rongli, Panchayat President, Mani Mala was present as a Chief Guest at BK Pathshala, Rongli.
The 87th MahaShivaratri Festival was celebrated at Pride Terrace Valley Resort, Ranipool, East Sikkim on the theme, the Spiritual Significance of Maha Shivaratri Festival. The Chief Guest was Sandhya Sharma, Principal (Govt. Senior Secondary School, Ranipool); the Guest of Honor was Durga Pradhan, Owner (Pride Terrace Valley Resort, Ranipool, East Sikkim) along with many local gentries, and Government officers who participated in the program.
