Guwahati ( Assam ) : A five-day program entitled “Magic of Meditation” was organised by Assam Down Town University, Guwahati, for its students and faculties in collaboration with the Guwahati Branch of the Brahma Kumaris. Around 40 Students and Faculty participated in the sessions, held during morning hours. Rajayogi Brahma Kumar Nirmal from Vishwa Shanti Bhawan, Rupnagar, trained the participants in Rajayoga Meditation and explained how it can be used for both students and faculty in their personal and academic life. Everyone appreciated the peace of mind and concentration achieved by the practice of Meditation and assured the regular practice of meditation. The Assam Down Town University too expressed the desire to continue with such programs in the future for its students and staff alike.
