Karol Bagh, Delhi : Under the All India Campaign “Family Empowerment”, a grand event was organized at Pandav Bhawan, Karol Bagh, Delhi. Chairperson of Women’s wing BK Chakradhari handed over the responsibility of the upcoming programs of the campaign to be done by the BK teachers of the connected brahma kumaris centers of Karol Bagh by the three senior sisters and the guests by placing the urn on the heads, giving Shiv Baba’s flag, and awarding the badges with the tunes of band music.
European Director of Brahma Kumaris, BK Sudesh graced the event with her presence. M.L.A of Karol Bagh area, Vishesh Ravi , Director of Pandav Bhavan, Karol Bagh, Delhi BK Pushpa, Municipal Councillor Karol Bagh New Delhi Urmila Gautam, Radio Jockey Akashvani All India Radio (FM) Vibha, Delhi Zonal Coordinator of Brahma Kumaris Scientist and Engineer Wing BK Piyush and others were present and shared their views.
M.L.A of Karol Bagh Vishesh Ravi while appreciating Brahma Kumaris for their contribution said that this is the place from where one gets the power to imbibe moral values in the life and this is the only way of family empowerment. He also emphasized on the power of silence.
BK Sudesh, Director of Brahma Kumaris, Europe Continent told that a family is formed by the power of unity , we should know the importance of each member in the family and inculcate self-respect in them. Let us have the feeling of making the mind a temple and fill it with zeal and enthusiasm. Let there be elevated feelings in our attitude. For that, if l establish good relationship with God, I the soul will be filled with power, resulting in fearlessness.
Women’s Wing Chairperson BK Chakradhari from Delhi shared about the importance of thoughts and said that it is very important to make the atmosphere of the house virtuous, our thoughts create the atmosphere, our thoughts are not limited to us, watching television lowers the vibration of house. If man’s creation incense stick can change the environment, so can man. God says, always think positive, keep doing good, whatever happens will be good.
Municipal Councilor Karol Bagh, New Delhi Urmila Gautam said that one gets to learn a lot from the Brahma Kumaris family, the art of living and peace is attained here.
