Raipur ( Chhattisgarh ): On the occasion of ‘World No Tobacco’ Day, Brahma Kumaris organized a one-day anti-drug spiritual exhibition at the main entrance of Interstate Bus Terminal Bhatagaon and Railway Station Raipur.
Lok Sabha MP Sunil Soni, Corporation Commissioner Mayank Chaturvedi and Director of Raipur center BK Savita inaugurated the de-addiction spiritual exhibition organized at Interstate Bus Terminal Bhatagaon. Similarly, the exhibition organized at the railway station was inaugurated by the chief station manager C.S. Mahapatra .
On this occasion, Member of Parliament Sunil Soni said that it is necessary to make people drug-free to create a healthy society. Especially people can be saved from its consumption only by making them aware about the harm caused by tobacco. In this direction, the Brahma Kumari sisters have made a commendable effort by organizing a spiritual exhibition on de-addiction.
Corporation Commissioner Mayank Chaturvedi (IAS) while praising the event said that through the exhibition scientific analysis has been done about the cause of drug abuse as well as its ill effects on the individual and the society and its prevention. Organizing ‘Nasha Mukti Spiritual Exhibition’ will surely inspire thousands of passengers.
Zonal Commissioner Rajesh Jaiswal said that Brahma Kumari sisters are doing a pious work of bringing awareness in the society. Such exhibitions should also be organized in schools and colleges.
Councilor Jitendra Agarwal said that intoxication is spreading like a curse in the society.
DSP Suresh Dhruv said that tobacco and its products have a profound effect on the body and mind. This is a commendable effort for public awareness.
Railway Chief Station Manager C.S. Mohapatra said that in the de-addiction exhibition, awareness has been given about the ill-effects of drugs in a beautiful manner.
Raipur Director of Brahma Kumaris BK Savita said that “our body is like a temple in the living, in which the soul resides, so one should not pollute this temple by consuming bad things.

रायपुर: विश्व तम्बाकू निषेध दिवस के अवसर पर प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय द्वारा अन्तर्राज्यीय बस टर्मिनल भाठागांव और रेल्वे स्टेशन रायपुर के मुख्य प्रवेश द्वार क्रमांक-2 में एक दिन के लिए नशा मुक्ति आध्यात्मिक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया।
अन्तर्राज्यीय बस टर्मिनल भाठागांव में आयोजित नशा मुक्ति आध्यात्मिक प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन लोकसभा सांसद सुनील सोनी, निगम आयुक्त मयंक चतुर्वेदी और रायपुर सेवाकेन्द्र की संचालिका ब्रह्माकुमारी सविता दीदी ने किया। इसी तरह रेल्वे स्टेशन में आयोजित प्रदर्शनी का शुभारम्भ मुख्य स्टेशन प्रबन्धक सी. एस. महापात्र ने किया।
इस अवसर पर सांसद सुनील सोनी ने कहा कि स्वस्थ समाज बनाने के लिए लोगों को नशामुक्त बनाना जरूरी है। विशेषकर तम्बाकू से होने वाले नुकसान के बारे में सचेत करके ही लोगों को इसके सेवन से बचाया जा सकता है। इस दिशा में ब्रह्माकुमारी आश्रम की बहनों ने नशामुक्ति आध्यात्मिक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन कर सराहनीय प्रयास किया है। मैं उन्हें बधाई देना चाहता हूँ।
निगम आयुक्त मयंक चतुर्वेदी (आईएएस) ने आयोजन की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि प्रदर्शनी के माध्यम से नशाखोरी के कारण के साथ ही व्यक्ति और समाज पर उसके दुष्प्रभाव तथा उसके निवारण के बारे में वैज्ञानिक ढंग से विश्लेषण किया गया है। अन्तर्राज्यीय बस टर्मिनल में प्रतिदिन हजारों लोगों का आना-जाना होता है, ऐसी जगह पर नशा मुक्ति आध्यात्मिक प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन करने से निश्चित रूप से हजारों यात्रियों को प्रेरणा मिलेगी।
जोन कमिश्नर राजेश जायसवाल ने कहा कि समाज को जागरूक करने का पवित्र कार्य ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनें कर रही हैं। ऐसी प्रदर्शनियाँ स्कूल और कालेज में भी लगाने चाहिए।
पार्षद जितेन्द्र अग्रवाल ने कहा कि समाज में नशा एक अभिशाप की तरह फैल रहा है। लोग तनाव के कारण नशाखोरी के शिकार होकर अपने जीवन को नर्क बना रहे हैं। यह प्रदर्शनी मानव कल्याण के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। ऐसी प्रदर्शनियाँनिरन्तर आयोजित होते रहना चाहिए।
डीएसपी सुरेश ध्रुव ने कहा कि तम्बाकू और उसके उत्पाद का शरीर और मन पर गहरा दुष्प्रभाव पड़ता है। जन जागरूकता के लिए यह सराहनीय प्रयास है।
रेल्वे के मुख्य स्टेशन मैनेजर सी. एस. महापात्र ने कहा कि नशामुक्ति प्रदर्शनी में सुन्दर ढंग से नशे के दुष्प्रभाव के बारे में सचेत किया गया है। बहनों ने अच्छी तरह से व्याख्या करके समझाया। प्रदर्शनी सराहनीय है।
ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्थान की रायपुर संचालिका ब्रह्माकुमारी सविताा दीदी ने कहा कि हमारा शरीर एक मन्दिर के समान है जिसमें चैतन्य आत्मा विराजमान रहती है, अत: हमें दुव्र्यसनों का सेवन कर इस मन्दिर को अपवित्र नही करना चाहिए। उन्होने अभिभावकों को सुझाव देते हुए कहा कि अपने बच्चों के लिए प्रतिदिन समय निकालकर थोड़ा समय उनके साथ व्यतीत करें, घर में नशे की कोई भी सामग्री नही रखें और स्वयं व्यसनों से मुक्त रहकर अपने बच्चों के आगे अच्छा उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करें।
