Lok Sabha MP and Nepal Minister Address Global Summit Cum Expo

Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): The plenary sessions 2 and 3 of the Global Summit Cum Expo on “Spirituality for Unity, Peace and Prosperity” held in Shantivan in Mount Abu saw enlivening discussions on relevant topics by many prominent personalities.

Rajesh Verma, MP Lok Sabha from Sitapur; Mr. Baijnath Chaudhary, Infrastructure Development Minister from Nepal; Mr. Sun Jianqiang, Chairman, China Economic and Cultural Exchange Center; Archbishop Cynthia Adaoma Josephson, General Overseer of NHGCC Worldwide from Nigeria; Ms. Hasina Kharbhih, Chairperson Impulse NGO Network, Shillong; Mr. Praveen Sharma, Chief Editor of Hello Hindustan, Indore; and Mr. Santosh Bhartiya, Editor in Chief, Chauthi Duniya, New Delhi, were some of the special guests present on these occasions.

Honorable Rajesh Verma, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Sitapur, in his address expressed his happiness at having received an opportunity to visit such an exalted place. He appreciated the solar plant, yogic farming and cleanliness initiatives of the organization. He said that he would encourage the people of his constituency to explore the principles of the Brahma Kumaris.

Mr. Baijnath Chaudhary, Nepal’s Minister of Infrastructre Development of Province 5, said that developing countries can benefit more from spiritual knowledge. The people of Nepal should be made more aware of the work of the Brahma Kumaris.

A musical concert by Padmashri Anup Jalota, Bhajan Samrat, Mumbai, and various cultural programs entertained the participants of the summit.
