Lashkar Gwalior ( Madhya Pradesh ): A program was organized on the holy festival of Navratri by the Business and Industry Division of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation, an affiliate of Brahma Kumaris, under the theme From Amrit Mahotsav of Freedom to Golden India.
Brahma Kumaris Lashkar’s chief in-charge BK Adarsh, BK Dr. Gurucharan, BK Prahlad were mainly present in this program, as well as many people including Rajkumar Gangwani, Santosh Wadhwani, Girdhari Lal, Ashok Kumar, Suresh Khatri from the business sector were present.
In the program, BK Dr. Gurucharan clarified the spiritual secret of Navratri to everyone. While explaining the essential things of life, he said that in whatever field we talk about today, it is as if training has become an important part of life. This is also also training to live, it is called “Art of Living”, that is, the way in which we live our life by making it the best, it is also an art.
If we talk about Mahabharata, then it is said that God gave training to all the Pandavas in the battlefield on how to fight the war and due to that knowledge, the Pandavas gained victory. In the same way, today God Father is also giving us the training and that is the “Art of Leaving”. God is teaching all of us that whatever are the old nature-sanskars, old things which we all have kept till today, we have to leave them.
In the present time, the main reason for increasing illness, anxiety etc. is that our mind has so far kept hold of those things, rituals, that is why our body has also become used to holding diseases. But if we want keep our mind and body healthy, then it is necessary to work on “Art of Living” as well as “Art of Leaving”, then your life will automatically become better and happy.
BK Adarsh wished everyone a very happy Navratri festival and told that in the present time, people have become so busy in their business that it is very difficult to find time for themselves. One thing in business today, which is heard a lot that people cheat each other while doing business, because the thinking of the people has become such that how do I become richer than the other and start earning money wrongly for that. This then becomes the cause of unrest and misery in the life of a person. That’s why everyone needs the right guidance to lead a good life today. First of all, practice Rajyoga meditation in your life daily, then you will see that you will definitely get a solution to every problem and it will also teach you to walk on the right path in life. By practicing meditation, your present will not only be good but your future will also improve.
The second thing that all of us need to make sure in our life from today is that we have to have a feeling of love and affection towards everyone. Your life will automatically become prosperous.

जीवन को श्रेष्ठ बनाने का साधन “आर्ट ऑफ़ लीविंग” का अभ्यास – ब्रह्माकुमार डॉ.गुरुचरण भाई
लश्कर ग्वालियर : आज़ादी के अमृत महोत्सव से स्वर्णिम भारत की ओर थीम के अंतर्गत प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय की सहयोगी संस्था राजयोग एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च फाउंडेशन के व्यवसाय एवं उद्योग प्रभाग द्वारा नवरात्री के पावन पर्व पर कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गयाl
इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ लश्कर की मुख्य इंचार्ज ब्रह्माकुमारी आदर्श दीदी जी, ब्रह्माकुमार डॉ. गुरुचरण भाई, ब्रह्माकुमार प्रहलाद भाई उपस्थित थे l साथ ही व्यापारिक क्षेत्र से राजकुमार गंगवानी, संतोष वाधवानी, गिरधारी लाल, अशोक कुमार, सुरेश खत्री सहित अनेकानेक लोग उपस्थित रहे।
कार्यक्रम में ब्रह्माकुमार डॉ.गुरुचरण भाईजी ने सभी को नवरात्री का आध्यात्मिक रहस्य स्पष्ट किया तत्पश्चात जीवन के आवश्यक बातों को बताते हुए कहा कि आज जिस भी क्षेत्र की हम बात करें सबमें ट्रेनिंग मानो एक अहम् हिस्सा बन गया हैl तो उसी तरह से जीवन को जीने की भी ट्रेनिंग होती है उसे कहते है “आर्ट ऑफ़ लिविंग ” अर्थात किस रीती से हम अपने जीवन को अच्छे से अच्छा बना कर जिएं यह भी एक कला हैl
अगर महाभारत की बात करें तो कहते है ईश्वर ने सभी पांडवो को युद्ध के मैदान में ट्रैनिंग दी कि किस प्रकार युद्ध को लड़ना है और उस ज्ञान की वजह से ही पांडवो को जीत भी हासिल हुई उसी प्रकार आज स्वयं पिता परमात्मा भी हम सबको एक महत्वपूर्ण ट्रैनिंग दे रहे और वह है “आर्ट ऑफ़ लीविंग” अर्थात छोड़ना l परमात्मा हम सभी को शिक्षा दे रहे हैं की जो भी पुराने स्वाभाव – संस्कार हैं, पुरानी बातें हैं जिन्हें हम सभी ने आज तक पकड़कर रखा है उन्हें छोड़ना है l वर्तमान समय में बीमारी चिंता आदि बढ़ने का मुख्य कारण है की हमारे मन ने अभी तक उन बातों को, संस्कारो को पकड़ कर रखा है इसीलिए हमारे तन को भी आदत हो गयी है बीमारियों को पकड़ कर रखने की l परन्तु अगर अपने मन को और तन को स्वस्थ बनाना चाहते हैं तो “आर्ट ऑफ़ लिविंग ” के साथ साथ “आर्ट ऑफ़ लीविंग” पर भी काम करना अनिवार्य है तब आपका जीवन स्वतः ही श्रेष्ठ और खुशहाल बन जायेगा l
ब्रह्माकुमारी आदर्श दीदी जी ने सभी को नवरात्री के पावन पर्व की शुभकामनाएं दीं और बताया कि वर्तमान समय की बात की जाए तो व्यक्ति अपने कारोबार में इतना व्यस्त हो गयें है की स्वयं के लिए ही समय निकालना बहुत मुश्किल लगता है l आज कारोबार में एक बात जो बहुत सुनने में आती है कि व्यापार करते – करते लोग एक दूसरे को धोखा दे देते हैं, क्योंकि लोगो की सोच ऐसी हो गयी है कि मैं सामने वाले से ज़्यादा धनवान कैसे बनूँ और उसके लिए गलत तरीके से धन कमाने लग जाते हैं, यही फिर व्यक्ति के जीवन में अशांति एवं दुख का कारण बनता है। इसलिए सभी को आज अच्छा जीवन जीने के लिए सही मार्गदर्शन की आवश्यकता है l सबसे पहले अपने जीवन में राजयोग मेडिटेशन का अभ्यास रोज़ाना करें तो आप देखेंगे हर एक समस्या का समाधान आपको ज़रूर मिल जायेगा और यह आपको जीवन में सही रास्ते पर चलने की भी शिक्षा देगाl मेडिटेशन का अभ्यास करने से आपका वर्तमान तो अच्छा बनेगा ही साथ ही भविष्य भी सुधर जायेगाl
