Karnal ( Haryana ): The Brahma Kumaris service center in Karnal held a spiritual and cultural program in collaboration with the “My Mission Healthy Karnal” by Haryana Yoga Parishad in the Fountain Park area.
BK Prem, BK Satish and BK Nitin were given a warm welcome as Chief Guests by Mr. Dinesh Gulati of Haryana Yoga Parishad.
BK Prem guided everyone in practicing Rajayoga Meditation. She said that the biggest art in this world is to learn to concentrate the mind and intellect on the Supreme Soul. Without practice and perseverance, nothing is possible in this world. BK Satish from Mount Abu also shared his views with the audience. He said that one should never speak without due reflection. BK Nitin enriched the program with divine music. Mr. Dinesh Gulati also presented a class on physical yogic exercises on this occasion.
