Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): Inaugural Ceremony of Inner Technology National Conference : “Introspect – Innovate – Integrate” was held at Global Auditorium, Manmohinivan Complex. The event was embraced by the presence of more than 750 IT professionals.
The programme began with a warm welcome of guests and then the exchange of spiritual views by honourable dignitaries followed by candle lighting.
- BK Aatamprakash, HQ Coordinator, Youth Wing (RERF) shed light on “Self-Transformation,” stating that we must focus on our inner virtues. He also emphasized on the value of mastering the “Art of Positive Thinking,” providing with the mantra “Yukti + Shakti = Vikaro se Mukti”. He further inspired the audience on how “We can serve the world from India and revolutionize the Information Technology field”.
- Mr. Manjunath, Head, Wellbeing Business & Products, TCS, also spoke about his own experiences, including how self-analysis helped him grow as a person and how it helped him to start “Yoga Certification Courses at TCS” and changed his perspective on life. He found that “Equanimity” is the key to mastering Meditation.
- Mrs. Chetna, President, ElCamino Technologies Pvt. Ltd., successfully captivated the audience with the theme’s potent idea, “Introspection—The Journey Within.” She shared how she reinvented herself into a better version of herself as she practised meditation.
- BK Aruna Ladva, National Coordinator, Kuwait, presented the brief about the Conference. She expanded the theme: Introspect – “Time for ourselves. Time to go Inside” Innovate – “Experimenting the power of thoughts”.
BK Yashwant, HQ Coordinator, shared detailed introduction of IT wing services conducted at all over the places.
BK Vidhatri, gave the introduction of the organisation, BK Savitha was master of ceremony and BK Bhaarathe, shared the conference agenda.

- बीके आत्मप्रकाश, मुख्यालय समन्वयक, युवा विंग (आरइआरएफ) ने “आत्म-परिवर्तन” पर प्रकाश डाला, यह बताते हुए कि हमें अपने आंतरिक गुणों पर ध्यान देना चाहिए, उन्होंने “सकारात्मक सोच की कला” में महारत हासिल करने के मूल्य पर भी जोर दिया, मंत्र प्रदान किया- “युक्ति + शक्ति = विकारों से मुक्ति”। उन्होंने दर्शकों को इस बात पर और प्रेरित किया कि “हम भारत से दुनिया की सेवा कैसे कर सकते हैं और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी क्षेत्र में क्रांति ला सकते हैं”।
- श्रीमान मंजूनाथ, हेड, वेलबीइंग बिजनेस एंड प्रोडक्ट्स, टीसीएस ने भी अपने स्वयं के अनुभवों के बारे में बात की, जिसमें आत्म-विश्लेषण ने उन्हें एक व्यक्ति के रूप में विकसित होने में मदद की और कैसे उन्होंने “टीसीएस में योग प्रमाणन पाठ्यक्रम” शुरू करने में मदद की और जीवन के प्रति उनके दृष्टिकोण को बदल दिया। उन्होंने पाया कि “समभाव” ध्यान में महारत हासिल करने की कुंजी है।
- बहन चेतना, अध्यक्ष, एलकैमिनो टेक्नोलॉजीज प्रा लिमिटेड, ने थीम के शक्तिशाली विचार, “आत्मनिरीक्षण-द जर्नी विदिन” के साथ दर्शकों को सफलतापूर्वक आकर्षित किया। उन्होंने बताया कि कैसे उसने ध्यान का अभ्यास करते हुए खुद को एक बेहतर संस्करण में बदल लिया।
- बहन अरुणा लाडवा, राष्ट्रीय समन्वयक, कुवैत ने सम्मेलन के बारे में संक्षिप्त जानकारी प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने विषय का विस्तार किया: आत्मनिरीक्षण – “खुद के लिए समय। अंदर जाने का समय” विचार – “विचारों की शक्ति का प्रयोग”।
यशवंत भाई ने सभी स्थानों पर आयोजित आईटी विंग सेवाओं का विस्तृत परिचय साझा किया।
विधात्री बहन ने पूरे संगठन को वॉक थ्रू दिया।
सविता बहन ने मास्टर सेरेमनी का पूरा कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया।
