Vishwanath Colony, Chhattarpur ( Madhya Pradesh ): On International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, an addiction-free exhibition was organized by the Brahma Kumaris at the RTO office.
Veerendra Sengar, the former manager of the State Transport Depot, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Brahma Kumaris and acknowledged the beautiful programs they organize for everyone. He praised their dedication and hard work, which inspires and motivates others.
On this occasion, BK Rekha stated that God has given us a beautiful life, but we have ruined it by consuming gutka, bidi, tobacco, and cigarettes, which are like incense sticks of destruction for our bodies. It is up to us to decide whether we want to continue using them or quit.
Similarly, BK Preeti mentioned that India used to be addiction-free, but the influence of Western culture gradually turned our country into a hub of addictions. Even today, our India is trapped in the clutches of addictions. On this occasion, BK Rama, the center in-charge of Vishwanath Colony, made everyone make a commitment to live addiction-free. BK Suman explained that by incorporating Rajayoga into our lives, we awaken willpower or strong determination within us, which helps us easily overcome addictions. On this occasion, prominent personalities such as Babulal Pateriya, former BSNL officer, former principal Gopi Chand Gupta, Ram Manohar, and Rajaram Sahu were also present.

छतरपुर। 26 जून अंतर्राष्ट्रीय नशा निरोधक दिवस पर आरटीओ ऑफिस में ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ के द्वारा एक व्यसन मुक्त प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें मुख्य रुप से उपस्थित राज्य परिवहन पूर्व डिपो मैनेजर वीरेंद्र सेंगर जी ने कहा कि मैं बहनों का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद करता हूं वह हम सभी के लिए इतने सुंदर कार्यक्रम आयोजित करती हैं और अपनी त्याग तपस्या मेहनत करके सभी को अनेक प्रकार की प्रेरणा देते हैं ।
इस मौके पर उपस्थित बीके रेखा बहन ने बताया कि भगवान ने हमें बहुत ही सुंदर जीवन दिया है लेकिन हमने गुटखा, बीड़ी, तंबाकू रोज खाकर एवं सिगरेट रूपी अगरबत्ती अपने मुख में लगाकर इस जीवन को तहस-नहस कर दिया और भारत में गरीबी का कारण भी व्यसन ही है और जब व्यक्ति व्यसन करता है तो उसके मुंह का स्वाद भी धीरे-धीरे खत्म हो जाता है लेकिन व्यसन छोड़ने के एक हफ्ते बाद उसके मुंह का स्वाद वापस आने लगता है और उसके फेफड़े भी ठीक होने लगते हैं तो निर्णय आपके हाथ में है कि हमें इसका सेवन करना है या इसे छोड़ना है।
साथ ही बीके प्रीति बहन ने कहां हमारा भारत देश निर व्यसनी था कोई भी किसी भी प्रकार का व्यसन ना तो करता था और ना ही व्यसनों को जानता था लेकिन अंग्रेजी सभ्यता ने धीरे-धीरे हमारे भारत देश को व्यसनी बना दिया आज हमारा भारत देश गुलामी की जंजीरों से तो छूट गया या आजाद हो गया लेकिन व्यसनों की बेड़ियों में आज भी फंसा हुआ है या कहीं कि वह आज भी एक बीड़ी का गुलाम है।
इस मौके पर ब्रह्माकुमारीज़ विश्वनाथ कॉलोनी सेवा केंद्र प्रभारी ब्रह्माकुमारी रामा बहन ने सभी को व्यसन मुक्त रहने की प्रतिज्ञा कराई साथ ही बीके सुमन बहन ने बताया कि राजयोग को अपने जीवन में शामिल करने से हमारे अंदर विल पावर या दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति जागृत होती है जिससे हम व्यसनों को सहज छोड़ सकते हैं इस मौके पर मुख्य रुप से पूर्व बीएसएनएल अधिकारी बाबूलाल पटेरिया पूर्व प्राचार्य गोपी चंद गुप्ता राम मनोहर एवं राजाराम साहू जी उपस्थित रहे, अंत में बीके सुमन बहन ने उपस्थित सभी जनों का धन्यवाद किया।
