Hyderabad ( Telangana ): BK Santosh, Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris, BK Karuna, Multi media head of Brahma Kumaris and BK Kuldeep, Director of Shantisarovar Retreat Center inaugurated few new facilities at Shanti Sarovar complex, conducted in three phases in two days.
These facilities were built/renovated during the challenging period of COVID. Many BK teachers from Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh graced the occasion. Several hundreds of BKs from various centres also participated.
The inauguration was done for the following :
- Manmohini Divine Studio: Multipurpose state of art Studio for Video and Audio recordings. Its features are : One Main Studio / One Small Studio / 4K camera setup / Professional studio lighting / Proper acoustics / Exclusive PCR (programme control room) / Green rooms /Discussion room etc. This studio is built for spiritual talks, interviews, panel discussions, cultural, songs etc. recordings.
- Renewed Auditorium: Some major repairs related to false roofing, carpeting, lighting, cabling etc. were undertaken at the auditorium in the past one year.
- Extra floor at Accommodation block: To suit the growing demand of accommodation, an extra floor was laid on the accommodation block (Anand Bhawan) with 25 rooms and a very big storeroom. This was also done in the past one year.
- New main gate of campus: In place of the damaged old main gate an artistic new main gate of the campus was built in the last year.
- Kitchen and Dinningwas renewed to suit the requirements while creating some extra space.
- New Director’s office was made. This will be helpful in the meetings and related activities of BK Kuldeep, Director of Shantisarovar.
