“If You Can’t Think Good, At Least Do Not Think Bad” – Navratri Program in Ujjain

Ujjain ( Madhya Pradesh ): On the occasion of “Navratri” a spiritual gathering was held by the Brahma Kumaris of Ujjain. Speaking on the occasion BK Vanditha said that incidents of the past sit in our subconscious mind and keep reminding us of the past. Hence to make the present bright we must adapt newness in every step. Constantly reminding of the past and describing it to everyone around makes it more painful. To forgive and to seek forgiveness releases a lot of pressure and unnecessary tension from life. Constantly living in the past takes away the happiness of the present.

Speaking on the occasion, Editor of Dainik Madhaynchal Mr. Lalith Srimal said that the current generation needs character development and living with honesty is the need of the hour. BK Usha explained the spiritual significance of every ritual adopted during Navratri. Many other local dignitaries along with the Brahma Kumaris attended the event. The program concluded with the practice of meditation.
