‘I Can Do it’ : A month-long Divyang Campaign by Brahma Kumaris Shanti Sarovar Concluded

  • 15 districts covered benefiting about 4500 divyang children.
  • Grand Valedictory & Felicitation Ceremony of Divyang Campaign was held by Brahma Kumaris Shantisarovar.

Hyderabad ( Telangana ): To bring motivation and rejuvenation amongst Divyang Children, a month-long Campaign titled ‘I Can Do it’ was organised in Telangana State by Brahma Kumaris organisation. In this period, 15 districts are covered benefiting about 4500 divyang children. The Grand Valedictory programme was organised at Global Peace Auditorium, Shanti Sarovar campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Also, a special EDUTAINMENT EXPO  was organised with several creative games. About 25 stalls were arranged to help children learn values through entertainment. Children liked the stalls very much.

Chief Guest, Arvind Kumar garu, IAS, Special Chief Secretary, MA&UD, Government of Telangana appreciated the selfless services of Brahma Kumaris in organising such a beneficial campaign. He also mentioned that the Government is helping Divyang by giving 4% reservation in jobs. He said  an exclusive Theme Park for Divyang will be built soon. He requested Brahma Kumaris to organise more such programmes.

Bk Kuldeep, Director of Brahma Kumaris Shanti Sarovar in her message said that there is a lot of power and talent inside Divyang people also. Once efforts are kept in this direction, we can unleash a lot of possibilities.

Divyang Children performed excellent cultural presentations. Several NGOs were felicitated on this occasion.

Over 1500 participants attended and Brahma Bhojan was also provided to all the participants.

Overall participants enjoyed the whole programme very nicely. They wanted to come to the Shanti Sarovar campus more and more to have spiritual rejuvenation.
