Nairobi ( Africa ): The Serve Africa Retreat Centre hosted a Group of Diplomatic Corps from Belgium, the Czech Republic, India, Indonesia, Mauritius, Tunisia, Ukraine, France, Australia, Thailand, Philippines, Sweden, Somalia, Iraq, Turkey, Serbia, Belarus and Russia.

Kavita Chhabra, wife of the Indian High Commissioner HE Mr. Rahul Chhabra, organized a program for thirty ambassadors, spouses and friends of the Diplomatic Corps to visit three temples in Nairobi, and Brahma Kumaris was one of them. The whole group spent more than two hours at the Brahma Kumaris center.

Each one was welcomed with a tilak, a blessing, a pretty pink rose, and was then escorted individually to the hall. An Indian welcome dance performed by local young girls from an orphanage touched everyone’s heart.

Kavita Chhabra commended the work of the Brahma Kumaris.

BK Sister Vedanti, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Africa, welcomed all, shared about the activities of the Brahma Kumaris, and led them into the experience of meditation.

Dr. Hasmukh Dawda, one of the Trustees, thanked everyone for their valued visit.
