Gurugram ( Haryana ): The Brahma Kumaris of Palam Vihar Kendra, Gurugram, celebrated their silver jubilee at North Cap University premises in a grand manner. Around 600 VIPs — including many company heads, deans, directors, educationists, corporate heads, doctors, IT and defense personnel, lieutenant and major generals — attended this event. BK Jayanti, Additional Chief of Brahma Kumaris, was the Special Guest on this occasion. She was received warmly with flowers, a badge and a shawl.

BK Jayanti congratulated everyone on this auspicious occasion and recited an inspirational speech on the theme Towards a golden future. She said that BK Urmila always shared with her about Godly services here in a very humble manner. She has started many new projects here and has many qualities in her.
BK Asha, Director of ORC Gurugram, said that this is an occasion to celebrate for all the old and new members of the Brahma Kumaris fraternity. BK Urmila used to do a lot of yoga in Madhuban and looking at her services, they used to call her the BK Jayanti of Delhi. Her whole family is dedicated to Godly services, which is a rare thing.
BK Shukla also shared her experiences on this occasion. Only that person can serve the society well who has the qualities of love, compassion, goodwill, good conduct, sympathy and kindness. All these can be seen in these BK sisters.
Prof. Dr. Prem Vrat said we have seen tremendous change in students after the establishment of Thought Lab in North Camp University. Other colleges and universities have also expressed interest in making it part of their curriculum.
Dr. Ved Pratap Vaidik said that Brahma Kumaris is the only organization that is working to improve human values and good qualities in men, all over the world. He appreciated their strict vows of celibacy.
Dr. Manju Gupta shared the history of Palam Vihar Kendra and appreciated the untiring efforts made by BK Urmila, BK Sudesh, and BK Virendra to take Godly knowledge to the masses.
BK Urmila, Director of Palam Vihar Center of Brahma Kumaris, held a beautiful Rajyoga session with commentary.
BK Sudesh welcomed all the guests with flowers, along with BK Virendra, who was instrumental in setting up the Palam Vihar center.
Balloons with messages of peace were released into the sky by BK Jayanti, BK Asha, and BK Shukla.
BK Urmila, BK Sudesh, and BK Virendra were felicitated with shawls and flowers.
Akanksha Tikku, Software Engineer with Amazon, performed the welcome dance. Students of NCU presented a song dedicated to the silver jubilee celebrations.
A new program ‘Knocking Every Mind’ was introduced, in which it was pledged to go door-to-door to 10 families by every member to give the Godly message.
A candle lighting session was also held. Dr. Mohit Gupta, Prof. Cardiology, G. B. Pant Hospital, coordinated this program.

· श्री आरडी गुप्ता -बिजनेस हेड – इंडो रामा कॉर्पोरेशनआदरणीय जयंती बहन ने पालम विहार केंद्र की स्थापना के 25 वर्ष पूरे होने पर बधाई दी उन्होंने ‘एक सुनहरे भविष्य की ओर’ विषय पर एक प्रेरक वार्ता से भी सभी को प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा की जब उर्मिल बहन मेरे पास आती थी तब बहुत निरहंकारी भाव से सेवा समाचार सुनाती थी पर मुझे इतना नहीं मालूम था कि इनमें इतनी विशेषताएं हैं और इन्होंने यज्ञ के अंदर बहुत से नए प्रोजेक्ट्स की भी शुरुआत की है |आदरणीय आशा दीदी ने भी बधाई दी और कहा कि यह उत्सव प्रत्येक पुराने और नए बीके भाई और बहनो का है और यह भी बताया कि उर्मिल बहन शुरू में पांडव भवन करोल बाग में बहुत ही योग किया करती थीं और इनकी सेवाओं को देखकर हम यह कहा करते थे कि यह जयंती बहन ऑफ दिल्ली है | इनका पूरा परिवार भी निस्वार्थ भाव से सेवा में जुड़ा हुआ है यह कोई कम बात नही है |आदरणीय शुक्ला दीदी ने भी इस अवसर पर अपने अनुभव साझा करके सभी को प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिसके जीवन में प्रेम, स्नेह, सद्भावना, सदाचार, सहानुभूति, दया एवं करुणा है, वही व्यक्ति समाज के अंदर सेवा कर सकता है, अतः ये सारी खूबियाँ इन बहनो में देखने को मिलती है |प्रो. डॉ. प्रेम व्रत ने कहां की इस नॉर्थ कैप यूनिवर्सिटी में स्थापित की गई थॉट लैब से छात्रों में जबरदस्त सकारात्मक बदलाव देखा है और अन्य कॉलेजों / विश्वविद्यालयों से भी इसे अपने पाठ्यक्रम के रूप में अपनाने का आग्रह किया है।
