Grand Lighthouse Opening in Kowloon, Hong Kong

Kowloon (Hong Kong): The Kowloon Centre of Hong Kong celebrated the opening of Lighthouse, a new place for Godly service. Performed with great zeal and enthusiasm this heralded a new beginning in the Tung Chung Town of the largest Island in Hong Kong – Lantau. With its proximity to the Hong Kong International Airport, this premise will also serve as a place of rest for transiting BKs.

Lighthouse is a gift to the BK family of Hong Kong from a big-hearted couple. Inspired by modern interior design, this house has been built with high-tech facilities such as a best-of-class projection system, Holographic projection of Bapdada, overhead projection of Soul World, remotely operated google bulbs, etc.

The agenda of the opening ceremony included some traditional auspicious activities like breaking of coconut, boiling of milk, ribbon cutting, etc. Seniors Rajayogis BK Dr. Nirmala from Madhuban, BK Charlie from Australia, BK Rajni from Japan, BK Chen from Beijing, and BK Letchu from Malaysia participated and blessed the occasion with their speech.

BK Sister Shivani, who sowed the seed for this place of service also attended and delivered an inspirational speech.

Senior BKs, BK Trish from Vietnam, BK Jenna from Washington, and BK Ganesh from Sri Lanka sent their video blessings. The opening ceremony was telecast live over Zoom and was attended by participants from Asian countries and around the world.

The Event Management Team lead by BK Bindu, Centre coordinator, managed the pre, during, and post event activities.

The Hong Kong BK Family is now all-inspired to take advantage of Lighthouse to expand Godly service further into the communities of Hong Kong and create a worldwide platform.
