Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): The Brahma Kumaris celebrated the Mahashivaratri festival as the birth of the Supreme Soul on earth to teach Divine knowledge and establish the Golden age. All Brahma Kumaris service centers unfurl flags of the Supreme Soul and take pledges to live a pure life.
At the grounds in front of the Conference Hall in Shantivan, Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Chief of the Brahma Kumaris; Ishu Dadi; BK Nirwair, Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Munni, General Manager of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Karuna, Multi-media Head of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Mohini from New York; BK Jayanti, UK and European Director of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Mruthyunjyaya, Executive Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Bhopal, Administrator of Shantivan; BK Dr. Pratap Midha, Director of Global Hospital; BK Banarasi; and BK Bharat, Chief Engineer of Shantivan, along with many prominent members of the Brahma Kumaris family were present.
The flag of the Supreme Soul was unfurled with a prayer for peace and harmony, amongst all.
Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Chief of the Brahma Kumaris, while congratulating everyone on this occasion said that this festival especially makes us remember Lord Shiva. He came to this earth and showed us the right path. Right knowledge is needed to experience God.
BK Nirwair, Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris, congratulated all BKs in India and abroad on this auspicious occasion. He said that this day is very significant for us. Today, the flag of the Supreme Soul is being unfurled at the Red Fort in Delhi, in the presence of the Honorable Defence Minister of India. Today, everyone is realizing that spirituality is the way to live a happy and peaceful life.
BK Sudesh, In-charge of the Brahma Kumaris in Germany, said that the festival of the Supreme Soul is celebrated all over the world. When everyone recognizes this, all religions will merge into one.
BK Munni, General Manager of the Brahma Kumaris, said that today is the birthday of the Supreme Soul as well as its children on earth. Everyone should work on their inner transformation to transform this world.
Thousands of people from all over the world attended this program and pledged to walk the path shown by the Supreme Soul.

इस अवसर पर शिव जयंति की शुभकामना देते हुए दादी रतनमोहिनी ने कहा शिवजयंति का त्यौहार हमें विशेष रूप से परमात्मा शिव की याद दिलाता है। परमात्मा इस सृष्टि पर आकर सत्य ज्ञान देकर हमें सत्य की राह पर चलना सीखा दिया। परमात्मा को अनुभव करने के लिए हमें सत्य ज्ञान की आवश्यकता होती है।
संस्था के महासचिव बीके निर्वैर भाई ने भारत सहित विदेशों के भाई-बहनों को शिव जयंति की कोटि-कोटि बधाई देते हुए कहा आज का दिन हमारे लिए बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है। आज लाल किले पर शिव का ध्वज फहराया जा रहा है। जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में देश के रक्षामंत्री भाग ले रहे हैं। देश-विदेश में ऐसी बहुत सारी समस्यायें हैं जिनका समाधान उन्हें नहीं मिल रहा है। ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्था परमात्मा के श्रीमत अनुसार उन्हें रास्ता दिखाने का कार्य कर रही है। परमात्मा ने हमारे जीवन को श्रेष्ठ बनाकर इस लायक बना दिया है कि हम दूसरों का भी जीवन श्रेष्ठ बना सकते हैं। आज सभी को यह अनुभव हो रहा है कि अध्यात्म की राह पर चलकर ही मानव जीवन को सुख-शांति से समृद्घ बनाया जा सकता है।
जर्मनी में सेवाकेंद्रों की संचालिका बीके सुदेश दीदी ने कहा परमात्मा शिव का अवतरण होते ही भारत सहित विदेशों में भी अनेकों त्योहार मनाने प्रारंभ हो गए हैं। हमें अपनी दिव्यता और सम्पूर्णता का झण्डा लहराना है तभी इस सृष्टि का परिवर्तन होगा। सबके दिल से यही आवाज निकलेगा यही है… यही है… यही है… और सभी धर्मों का सम्बन्ध एक परमात्मा से जुड़ जाएगा।
शिव जयंति की बधाई देते हुए शांतिवन की बीके मुन्नी बहन ने कहा आज परमात्मा का जन्मदिवस है सो हम बच्चों का भी जन्मदिवस है। वह दिन दूर नहीं है जब परमात्मा के प्रत्यक्षता का झण्डा सब जगह फहराया जाएगा। सभी को परमात्मा का संदेश देते हुए हमें स्वयं का परिवर्तन कर सृष्टि का परिवर्तन करना है।
