Kadma ( Haryana ): The Brahma Kumaris of the Jhonjhukalan, Kadma Centre, in Haryana held a program to observe World Tobacco Prohibition Day, at Arya Higher Secondary School campus in association with Dr. Parmendra Chitoudia, the school Principal, and Mr. Sunil, Secretary, Council of Rural Development.
On this occasion, they felicitated the Municipal Sanitary Workers for their services like warriors in facing the pandemic of corona, staking their own lives to save the countrymen.
Mr. Amit Jakhad, District Secretary of Indian Scouts and Guides, and Mr. Bishan Singh Arya, District Media in Charge, both honoured the Sanitary Workers with a scarf, memento and Spiritual literature.
BK Vasudha, Kadma Centre In Charge, speaking in honour of the workers, said that they not only maintained sanitation as warriors against the corona pandemic but through their daily job they work like Godly Servants lending us a message of sanitation. She said that honouring them is as good as paying regard to our favourite deity.
On this occasion of World Tobacco Prohibition Day, she said that we must avoid intoxicating items and imbibe spiritual values in life. She asked the Youth to stay away from these intoxicants. They must not develop the habit of smoking cigarettes and taking alcohol / liquors because they not only spoil the physical and mental health, but lead to depression in life. She said that the youth force is the strength of the country.
Mr. Sunil appreciating the services of the Municipal Workers inspired them to keep away from all bad addictions.
Mr. Parmendra Chitoudia in his address highly commended the services of maintaining sanitation during the pandemic and expressed his gratitude to personnel of all departments for their cooperation.
During the function Professor Vikram; Advocate Mr. Sanjay Kumar; Mr. Ashok Sharma Ranbas; Secretary Mr. Surendra Sangwan; Mr. Ramveer Sangwan; Mr. Sanju; Mr. Navin Jai Hind, State Secretary Indian Scouts and Guides; Mr. Sunil Sharma, Mrs. Savita Soni, Motivator in Rural Development Council; Kavita, Subodh Arya and Suraj Prakash were also present.
All the norms of washing hands, using sanitizer, putting on face mask and social distancing were strictly followed throughout the whole program.

कादमा(हरियाणा): विश्व तंबाकू निषेध दिवस के उपलक्ष पर ब्रह्माकुमारीज झोझू-कादमा , ग्रामीण विकास परिषद के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में कस्बा झोझू कलां के आर्य वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय के प्रांगण में सभी प्रकार के मादक पदार्थों के सेवन के रोकथाम के बारे में चर्चा की गई। व कभी भी मादक पदार्थों का सेवन न करने का संकल्प लिया गया ।इस अवसर पर कोरोना महामारी के संक्रमण से बचने के उपाय के बारे में भी चर्चा की गई एवं सफाई कर्मचारियों को उनकी सेवाओं के लिए सम्मानित किया। ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्था झोझू कलां कादमा की संचालिका ब्रह्माकमारी वसुधा बहन ने सफाई कर्मचारियों को सम्मानित करते हुए कहा कि सफाई कर्मचारी केवल कोरोना महामारी के संक्रमण के ही महा योद्धा नहीं हैं अपितु प्रतिदिन अपने कार्य के माध्यम से एक देवदूत का कार्य करते हैं। सफाई कर्मचारियों का सम्मान अपने इष्ट देव के सम्मान के बराबर है। उन्होंने कहा कि विश्व तंबाकू निषेध दिवस के अवसर पर हमें मादक पदार्थों से सदैव दूरी बना आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों को जीवन में धारण करना चाहिए ।बहन वसुधा ने कहा कि युवा वर्ग को बीड़ी ,सिगरेट ,शराब समेत जैसे मादक पदार्थों के सेवन से बचना क्योंकि युवा शक्ति ही इसी देश का आधार होती । व्यसनों के सेवन से जहां शारीरिक हानि होती है वही मानसिक रुप से आदमी विक्षत अवस्था में में चला जाता है। ग्रामीण विकास परिषद के सचिव सुनील ने भी सफाई कर्मचारियों का सम्मान किया व उन्हें सदैव मादक पदार्थों से दूर रहने के लिए प्रेरित किया ।हिंदुस्तान स्काउट एवं गाइड के जिला सचिव अमित जाखड़ व जिला मीडिया प्रभारी बिशन सिंह आर्य ने सम्मान पट्टी , स्मृति चिन्ह व साहित्य देकर सभी सफाई कर्मचारियों का सम्मान किया ।आर्य वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ परमेंद्र चितौड़िया ने सभी संस्था प्रतिनिधियों का आभार व्यक्त किया व सफाई करोना महामारी के संक्रमण के समय कोरोना योद्धा के रूप में सफाई कर्मचारियों के कार्यों की सराहना की। सफाई कर्मचारियों के सम्मान के कार्यक्रम में सामाजिक दूरी का विशेष ध्यान रखा गया । सभी के हाथों को सैनिटाइज किया गया, साबुन से हाथों को धोया गया एवं मास्क लगाकर के सभी उपस्थित हुए। इस अवसर पर प्राध्यापक विक्रम ,अधिवक्ता संजय कुमार, अशोक शर्मा रामबास, सचिव सुरेंद्र सांगवान, रामवीर सांगवान,मा.संजू,हिंदुस्तान स्काउट्स गाइड्स के राज्य सचिव नवीन जयहिंद, सुनील शर्मा, ग्रामीण विकास परिषद महिला प्रेरक सविता सोनी, कविता, सुबोध आर्य ,सूरज प्रकाश विशेष रूप से उपस्थित हुए।
