‘No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.’ Albert Einstein

The aim of this retreat is to attempt to grasp that higher consciousness, and therefore reveal our highest potential. That is precisely the purpose of spirituality. We shall also see that spirituality and the higher consciousness is not the treasure of just a few, but is something that should help us all in our everyday lives. The retreat is set out in very clear and simple terms, with an emphasis on experience.

The course addresses questions such as:

What do I need to know about the subtleties of ego?

What is the message of pain?

What is the ‘inner game’ in spirituality?

It is possible to heal the subconscious mind?

Included in the sessions will be:

Meditation experiments

Raja Yoga philosophy presentation with Q&A

An understanding of Science and Spirituality

Zoom breakout room discussions

International guest speakers
