Brahma Kumaris Roya Bagan celebrated Tree plantation and Summer Camp Prize Distribution program with Honorable Environment Minister Dr. Ratna De Nag.
Phoolbagan ( Kolkata ): Hon’ble Dr. Ratna De Nag, Cabinet Minister of State for Environment Science, Technology and Bio-Technology in the Government of West Bengal attended the program organized by Brahma Kumaris Roy Bagan, Kolkata for Tree plantation and Summer Camp Prize Distribution, under the theme of Azadi Ke Amrit Mahotsav.
Dr. Ratna De Nag, explained the role of environment in our life followed by distributing certificates to students for participation in Summer Camp. Dr. Ratna De Nag explained children are like soil to parents. You can mould them in the right direction by proper guidance. The program ended with a pledge and Cultural Program.
Bindu and several BK members participated in the plantation program. Almost 125 members participated and were involved in planting trees.
Summer Camp was organized for children for Age Group 7 -12 for five days. In the summer camp various topics were covered like Personality Development, Time Management etc. More than 25 children participated in the program along with their parents.
