Palam Vihar, Gurugaon ( Haryana ) : A program was done in the Zonal Training Center of L.I.C – Gurgaon where BK Urmil was invited from Palam Vihar center to deliver a speech for their senior cadre officers.
Manoj Kemmu, Director of Zonal Training Center of L.I.C presented a plant to BK Urmil and welcomed her. BK Urmil spoke about “Empowering your Mind”. She explained how we can enhance our mind power, experience mental spaciousness, achieve excellence in day- to-day activities and boost productivity by making a little changes in perception and with the practice of simple Rajyoga Meditation.
