Bikaner( Rajasthan): The Brahma Kumaris of Bikaner were specially invited to join Vijaydashami celebrations at Medical College grounds. The district administration held grand celebrations in collaboration with Shri Ram Lakshman Dussehra Committee. Fireworks, live tableau marked this event along with the customary effigy burning ritual. A 10 km long procession was also taken through the city.
Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of State for Culture, Government of India, was the Chief Guest on this occasion. Sushila Kanwar Rajpurohit, Mayor, was the Special Guest. Janardhan Kalla, Savitri Kalla, Shiv Ratan Aggrawal, Committee Custodian, Sushila Aggrawal, Maqsood Ahmed, Former Head of Nagar Vikas Nyas, Dr. Neeraj. K. Pawan, Divisional Commissioner, BK Kamal, Subhash Bhola, Executive Secretary of Shri Ram Lakshman Dusshehra Committee, Naresh Chugh, Shriram Arora, Suresh Khiwani, were the other guests present.
The Brahma Kumaris put on display a tableau. Based on the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav Project of Brahma Kumaris, it remained an attraction for the people during this program. More than 30 thousand people viewed this tableau and pledged to make ‘ One Bharat Supreme Bharat’.
