Chhatarpur ( Madhya Pradesh ): Message to be free from addiction was given to 130 prisoners through special Dance-Drama at sub-jail of District Chhatarpur, Luv Kush Nagar . BK Sulekha, In-charge of sub-centre at Luv Kush Nagar gave a message to be free of addiction through practice of Rajyoga meditation. She said that the habit of addiction begins with the mind and later comes to the physical senses. Therefore, the easiest way to control mind is meditation.
All the prisoners pledged to stay away from addictions and will make their villages addiction free. Jail Superintendant Anil Pathak thanked BKs and requested them to organise meditation camp in future for them to gain spiritual power.

छतरपुर जिले के (लवकुश नगर ) के उप जेल में व्यसन मुक्त भारत पर विशेष नृत्य नाटिका के माध्यम से करीब 130 कैदियों को दिया व्यसन मुक्त होने का संदेश। लवकुशनगर उपसेवा केंद्र प्रभारी बीके सुलेखा बहन ने नशे से मुक्त होने के लिए बताया राजयोग मेडिटेशन का प्रयोग। क्योंकि नशे की आदत पहले मन से शुरू होती है फिर वह कर्मेंद्रियों में आता है ,इसलिए पहले मन को कंट्रोल करने के लिए सबसे सहज बिधी है ,मेडिटेशन , सभी कैदी भाइयों ने मिलकर प्रतिज्ञा की कि हम सभी नशे से दूर होकर अपने गांव को नशा मुक्त बनाएंगे। जेल अधीक्षक अनिल पाठक जी ने बहनों का धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि आप यहां पर मेडिटेशन शिविर लगाएगा जिससे हम सभी को आत्म बल प्रदान हो।
