Gadag (Karnataka ): A divine gathering of journalists was organized at the Brahma Kumaris Service Center in Gadag, Karnataka. In the program, the main coordinator, BK Jayanti, spoke about the role of media in building a healthy society. Instead of working to destroy society and provoke people, electronic media should work towards construction. Media has a significant responsibility and honor in this regard.
Press reporters were also shown a 3D film on spiritual knowledge and a PowerPoint presentation on achieving success in life.
Senior journalist Basavaraj Dandin said that such spiritual centers honor those press colleagues who work continuously amidst pressure and inspire us to enhance our responsibility and efficiency to walk the path of righteousness. He said that the Brahma Kumaris is a center for spiritual awakening, human spiritual thoughts, meditation, and peace.
BK Rekha welcomed all the guests, meditation was conducted by BK Jayashree, introduction to the organisation was given by BK Savitri, co-ordination was done by BK Mamta and salutations were offered by BK Jyotsna.
